گروه تحقیقانی از مشاهده گران آموزش ندیده خواست كه عكس 23 مرد و زن جوان را بعد از یك شب خواب خوب، بررسی كنند و بعد با عكس هایی كه بعد از بی خوابی آنها گرفته شده مقایسه كنند.

پژوهشگران سوئدی ثابت كرده اند این باور دیرینه كه خواب خوب انسان را زیباتر می كند، صحت دارد. به این ترتیب كسانی كه برای مدتی طولانی بی خوابی می كشند، كمتر جذاب و سالم به نظر می رسند.

به گزارش بی بی سی، از چهره داوطلبانی كه در این تحقیقات شركت كردند دو بار عكس گرفته شد. یك بار بعد از هشت ساعت خواب مستمر و یك بار بعد از سی و یك ساعت بی خوابی.

بعد از افرادی دیگر خواسته شد كه عكس ها را مشاهده كنند و نظرشان را بگویند. مشاهده گران بدون اطلاع قبلی از تفاوت زمان عكس برداری به این نتیجه رسیدند كه در عكس هایی كه بعد از بی خوابی گرفته شده، داوطلبان كمتر جذاب به نظر می رسند.

"خواب زیبایی" عبارتی است كه به طور سنتی در غرب شناخته شده است، اما بر اساس پژوهشگران بنیاد كارولینسكا در استكهلم این باور قدیمی فاقد شواهد علمی بود.

همه عكس ها بر اساس معیار معینی گرفته شده اند. فاصله افراد تا دوربین یكسان است، پوستشان از هر نوع لوازم آرایش پاك است و همه آنها با حالت صورت مشابه جلوی دوربین قرار گرفته اند.

طبق گزارش پژوهشگران سوئدی كه در"نشریه پزشكی بریتانیا" به چاپ رسیده است، آثار خستگی و عدم شادابی در چهره افرادی كه با بی خوابی طولانی مدت مواجه می شوند به وضوح قابل مشاهده است.

به گفته پژوهشگران، این یافته جدید در امور پژشكی بسیار مفید واقع خواهد شد و به پژشكان كمك می كند تا سریعتر به علائم بیماری در مریضان خود پی ببرند.

دكتر درك یان دیك، پروفسور امور مربوط به خواب و فیزیولوژی در مركز پژوهش خواب در بریتانیا گفته است كه تاثیر بی خوابی از آنچه عكس ها نشان می دهند بسیار بیشتر است.

او در این باره گفت: "عكس ها در طول روز گرفته شده اند. زمانی كه ساعت درونی بدن ما مشخص می كند كه زمان بیداری است. آیا می توانید تصور كنید كه چهره آنها در طول شب یا ساعات اولیه صبح كه ساعت درونی شان حكم می كند بخوابند چطور است؟"

من اگه بیخواب بشم واییییییییی اینقدر حالم بد میشه که نگوrolleyesخیلی سردرد بدی میگیرم اصولا طی روز عصبانی وبد اخلاق میشم........تازه بدترینش اینه که دوباره بسختی خوابم میبره واین پروسه اینقدر ادامه پیدا میکنه تا یک خواب خوب داشته باشم اونوقت کاملا چهره ام باز میشه ...پوست صورتم صاف وشفاف میشهwink2wink2happy0065.gificon_question

شب زنده داری واسه درس که باعث گودی چشممنون میشه بماند،پیماد مابقی آن ، از اون طرف مامان بکشه ادمو بیمارستان که دختر تو غذا نمی خوری ، کم خونی ، شبیه معتاد ها شدی!!!! چند بار واسه این موضوع زنگ اولا بودم آزمایشگاه خدا میدونه!!!icon_cryicon_cry

پس من آسوده بخوابم wink2همه بیدارن.............آدم سنش میره با لا خوابش کم میشه ولی برای من بر عکس شده.............حتما باید 8 ساعت بخوابمwink2
