تاثیر نور آبی در آموزش و یادگیری

تا به حال فکر می کردید نور محیط می تواند روی یادگیری شما تاثیر داشته باشد؟ بررسی ها نشان می دهد که اندازه های مختلفی از نور آبی می تواند نقش به سزایی در آموزش و یادگیری دانش آموزان در مدارس داشته باشد. ‏

بر طبق بررسی های به عمل آمده با کمک شرکت فیلیپس نور آبی در ابتدای صبح می تواند سبب شود که کودکان سرحال تر از خواب بیدار شده و در طول روز هوشیاری بیشتری داشته باشند. آنها معتقد اند که این کار از طریق تاثیر این نور بر ساعت درونی بدن انجام می پذیرد. ‏

آنها در دو مدرسه در بریتانیا آزمایشی ترتیب دادند که در آن معلم هر کلاس می توانست نور محیط را با یک صفحه کنترل کند. بر اساس تحقیقات یک ساله آنها، استفاده از نوردهی مناسب در ساعات مختلف روز در کلاس درس می تواند سرعت خواندن دانش آموز ها را ۳۵ درصد افزایش دهد. این دانش آموزها در آزمون ها ۴۵ درصد خطای کمتری مرتکب می شدند و بی قراری و بیش فعالی هم در آنها ۷۷ درصد کاهش یافت. ‏

سيستم نور در این مدارس در 4 ترکيب مختلف از نور آبی و سفید برای 4 وضعیت مختلف طراحی شده است. مانند داشتن تمرکز در لحظات آموزش و يادگيری، القا آرامش در زمان وجود احتمالی تنش و استرس و همچنین برای از بين بردن کسلی و خواب آلودگی. انتخاب هر یک از نورها توسط معلم با در نظر گرفتن فیزیک روحی و جسمی کودکان انجام می گيرد. ‏

تا به حال به تاثیر نور محیط بر میزان آموزش توجه ویژه ای نشده بود اما نتیجه این تحقیقات نشان می دهد که محیط های آموزشی تا چه حد باید روی این موضوع دقت کنند. ‏
