با سلام.
يكي از مسايلي كه امروزه مورد بحث و تحقيق دانشمندان و پزشكان محترم فعال در زمينه بيماري ام اس مي باشد علت ام اس و عوامل تشديد كننده آن است كه با تحقيقات فراوان� انجام گرفته هنوز جواب قانع كنندهاي به دست نيامده است.
شما هم به عنوان افراد مبتلا حتما" بارها به اين مساله فكر كرده ايد كه چه چيزي باعث اين بيماري شده است و احيانا" در ذهن خود دلايل احتمالي� زيادي يافته ايد .� و حتي در بعضي مواقع با ايجاد شرايط و يا ظهور علائمي احساس مي كنيد كه بيماري شما عود مي كند و يا.......
خود من علت اين بيماري را يراي خودم يك سرماخوذردگي ويروسي شديد مي دانم كه براي اينكه نمي توانستم آنتي بيوتيك مصرف كنم عفونت آن در بدنم ماند ودر آزمايشهاي گوناگون انجام شده مشخص شد كه من سندرم آنتي فسفو ليپيد يا اصطلاحا" رماتيسم خوني دارم ( در اين بيماري عفونت خون بالا مي رود و باعث ايجاد سه مشكل عمده مي شود 1 : آمبولي وريدي� � � � � � � � 2 :� سقط جنين� � � � � � 3 : ايجاد لكه بر روي مغز ).

مدتها پزشكان در اين زمينه تحقيق مي كردند كه شايد اين بيماري گاها" با ام اس اشتباه گرفته شود ولي تست هاي تفكيكي (مثل LP� و ....... )مشخص كننده نوع بيماري است كه شايد فردي هر دو را داشته باشد (از جمله من ).
حالا من هر وقت دچار سرما خوردگي شديد مي شوم� بيشتر از موقعيتهاي استرسي و عصبانيت علايم ظاهري ام اس از قبيل بي حسي و كرختي را در خود احساس� مي كنم. (البته پزشك معالجم با اين توجيه من موافق نيست و علت بيماري مرا چيز ديگري كه خودش هم نمي داند چيست مي داند.)
دوست دارم شما هم بدون هر دليل موجه پزشكي نظر خود را در مورد علت و يا عوامل تشديد كننده آن بگوييد.
خدا را چه ديدي شايد ما توانستيم روي دست همه پزشكان بلند شده و يك علت محكم پيدا كنيم.

محیا جون من نوشتهاتو خوندم.خیلی‌ بعیده یکی‌ هم ام اس داشته باشه و هم سندرم انتیفسفلیپید.از آنجایی که درمان دومی راحتتره و جواب به درمان هم بهتره به نظرم بهتر اینه که با چند تا نورلوژیست و رومتلوژیست خوب مشورت کنی‌ تا تشخیصت قطعی بشه.

سلام فريبا جان.
اتفاقا" يكسال درگير همين قضيه بودم. و تست هاي مختلف روي من انجام گرفت تا اينكه در آخر به من گفتند كه هر دو را دارم.
زماني خود پزشكان هم فكر مي كردند شايد اين سندرم با ام اس اشتباه گرفته شود ولي امروزه به اين نتيجه رسيده اند كه ايندو دو مقوله جداست.
اين چيزي است كه هم نورولوژيست و هم روماتولوژيست من ابراز كرده اند .
از توجه تون سپاسگزارم.

سلام

من تازه متوجه شدم که ام اس دارم.
متاسفانه خودم از بچگی به بعضی مسائل حساس بودم و زود عصبانی میشدم، مثل اینکه یکی وقتمو تلف کنه، ................ البته زود هم عصبانیتم برطرف میشد.
دارم به این نتیجه میرسم که کسایی که ام اس دارند بیشتر از سایرین زودرنج و حساس هستند. اینم بگم که من بیمارهای زیادی رو نمیشناسم و این فقط یک حدسه. خیلی خوب میشد اگه یکی یک بررسی و تحلیل آماری خوب در این زمینه انجام بده.

امروز توي روزنامه همشهري ديدم كه از قول خانم هاشمي كه مدير خدمات اجتماعي انجمن ام اس هست؛ نسبت به تشديد حملات عصبي در مبتلايان در پي افزايش آلودگي هوا هشدار داده و از بيماران خواسته در روزهاي آلودگي هوا از تردد در سطح شهر خودداري كنند.
خانم هاشمي گفته:از آنجا كه در بيماري ام اس سيستم عصبي درگير مي شود هواي آلوده در مبتلايان اين بيماري اثر مي گذارد و منجر به تشديد حملات عصبي مي شود چرا كه بدن اين بيماران نسبت به افراد ديگر حساس تر است ....بعدم گفت هواي آلوده براي اين بيماران سم است.
