گرفتگي صدا را جدي بگيريد!


يک عضو انجمن جراحان گوش گلو بيني ايران با اشاره به انواع و اقسام آلودگي هوا در شهرهاي بزرگ گفت: آلودگي يک محرک بد براي حنجره و طناب‌هاي صوتي به شمار مي‌آيد که مي‌تواند باعث ايجاد التهاب در حنجره و طناب‌هاي صوتي شده و نهايتا موجب گرفتگي صدا شود.

دکتر سيد عليرضا مصباحي جراح و متخصص بيماري‌هاي گوش گلو بيني و جراح سر و گردن در گفت وگو با ايسنا با بيان اينکه هر گونه التهابي که در ناحيه حنجره و تارهاي صوتي اتفاق مي‌افتد، موجب گرفتگي صدا مي‌شود، گفت: اين التهاب و تورم امکان دارد ناشي از بيماري‌هاي ويروسي مانند سرماخوردگي باشد.

اين عضو آکادمي جراحان گوش گلو بيني آمريکا اضافه کرد: از طرف ديگر ديده شده که آلرژي به علت التهاب و تورم حادث شونده در ناحيه حنجره و طناب‌هاي صوتي، مي‌تواند موجب گرفتگي صدا شود.

وي گفت: خوشبختانه عمده علت‌هاي گرفتگي صدا، خوش خيم بوده و خود به خود از بين مي رود و حتي اگر درماني نيز براي آنها صورت نگيرد پس از 4 روز تا يک هفته از بين خواهد رفت.

دکتر مصباحي با اشاره به اين که در صورت لزوم بر اساس تشخيص و صلاحديد پزشکان امکان دارد معاينات بيشتري نياز باشد، افزود: در صورت خوش خيم بودن و از بين رفتن گرفتکي صدا، قاعدتا ديگر انتظار نداريم که اين گرفتگي بيش از 2 تا 3 هفته به طول انجامد و در صورت افزايش آن بايد حتما حنجره معاينه شود.

وي در پايان تاکيد کرد: گرفتگي صدا را بايد هميشه جدي گرفت چرا که مي‌تواند به تنهايي اولين علامت سرطان‌هاي حنجره باشد و به همين علت توصيه اکيد مي‌شود که در صورت گرفتگي بيش از 3 هفته‌اي صدا، حتما حنجره فرد توسط يک متخصص گوش و حلق و بيني به طور کامل معاينه شود.
