رئيس انجمن آسم و آلرژي ايران از شيوع بيماري آسم در ايران ظرف 40 سال گذشته خبر داد و گفت: با وجود كنترل شيوع بيماري آسم در دنيا هنوز بيماري آسم در ايران روندي رو به گسترش است.

مصطفي معين امروز در حاشيه برگزاري كنگره بين‌المللي آسم، آلرژي و ايمونولوژي در مشهد، با اشاره به اينكه در حال حاضر افق توسعه و شيوع بيماري آسم در دنيا كنترل شده است، اظهار داشت: متأسفانه روند رو به گسترش آسم در ايران همچنان وجود دارد كه در اين ارتباط مطالعات بسياري براي شناسايي علل شيوع آسم در ايران صورت گرفته است و در اين راستا افزايش آلودگي هوا در كلانشهرها از جمله دلايل عمده در بروز بيماري آسم در ايران است.

رئيس انجمن آسم و آلرژي ايران با بيان اينكه 20 تا 30 درصد افراد به يكي از آلرژي‌ها نظير آلرژي دارويي، غذايي، تنفسي و پوستي مبتلا هستند، خاطر‌نشان كرد: برخي از افراد نيز ممكن است به دو تا سه نوع از انواع آلرژي و يا آسم مبتلا شوند كه بر اين اساس بيماري كه معمولاً با علائمي نظير سرفه، تنگي نفس، كهير و خارش در افراد بروز مي‌كند.

وي تشخيص سريع و زودهنگام را عامل مؤثر در درمان بيماري آسم و آلرژي عنوان كرد و گفت: متأسفانه مهم‌ترين مشكلي كه در ارتباط با بيماري آسم وجود دارد تشخيص دير هنگام اين بيماري است به گونه‌اي كه در برخي از موارد تشخيص اين بيماري با برونشيت، سرماخوردگي و يا عفونت‌هاي تنفسي اشتباه مي‌شود كه اين امر زمينه‌ساز تشخيص دير هنگام بيماري و بروز مشكلات ناشي از آن مي‌شود.

وي در ارتباط با مشكلات بيماران آسمي و آلرژيك گفت: در حال حاضر گران‌ بودن برخي از اقلام دارويي مورد مصرف توسط بيماران آسمي از جمله مشكلات و تنگناهاي اين بيماران است، همچنين در اين ارتباط نيز برخي از اقلام دارويي جديد كه از نظر كيفيت درماني در حد مطلوب است، متأسفانه زير پوشش بيمه نيست كه اين امر نيز زمينه‌ساز مشكلات فراواني در ارتباط با تأمين داروها و گران بودن آنها براي خانواده بيماران آسمي و آلرژيك مي‌شود.

دانشمندان موفق شدند، علت اصلی ابتلا به بیماری آسم را در افراد کشف کنند.

به نقل از پایگاه خبری نیوکرالا، دانشمندان دانشگاه های کینگ و امپریال لندن در یک تحقیقات مشترک موفق شدند، بروز آسم را کشف کنند.


بنابراین گزارش، دانشمندان پس از آزمایش ساختار و عملکرد مجاری تنفسی افراد سالم و بیماران مبتلا به آسم دریافتند، شکل لوله های تنفسی افراد بهدلیل ورود گرد و غبار، گرده گلها، و برخی ویروسها و باکتریها، به مرور زمان تغییر می کند و این امر منجر به بروز بیماری آسم می شود.

این گزارش می افزاید، پژوهشگران با مطالعه بر روی سلول های ماهیچه ای مجرای تنفسی مبتلایان به آسم دریافتند، فقدان SERCA ژن کنترل کننده جذب کلسیم در سلولهای مجاری تنفسی موجب می شود مجاری تنفسی تحت فشار قرار گیرد و در نتیجه علایم آسم ایجاد شود.

بنابراین گزارش، عملکرد ماهیچه هایی که مجاری تنفسی را احاطه کرده اند ، وابسته با میزان کلسیمی است که آزادانه در دسترس سلولهای داخل ماهیچه ها قرار می گیرد.

گفتنی است ، یکی از مهمترین مکانیسم هایی که کلسیم موجود در ماهیچه ها را تنظیم می کند، ژن SERCA است که کلسیم را به داخل سلول پمپاژ می کند تا کلسیم آزادانه در اختیار غشای سلولهای ماهیچه هایی مجاری تنفسی قرار نگیرد.

مایت چیست ؟

مایت ها موجودات حشره مانند کوچکی هستند با قطر کمتر از 0.3 میلی متر. این جانوران که چیزی بین عنکبوت و کنه هستند دارای انواع گوناگونی بوده در لابلای گرد و غبار زندگی می کنند. برخی از انواع آن به نام سارکوپت اسکیبی عامل بیماری گال یا جرب که یک بیماری خارش دار پوستی است می باشند. برخی دیگر از انواع آن روی مواد غدایی زندگی می کنند و موجب پوسیده شدن و تخریب آنها می شوند. اما نوعی از مایت که مورد بحث ماست ، با عنوان مایت خانگی نامیده می شود.



مایت خانگی

این جانور تقریبا در تمام خانه ها وجود دارد و در واقع محل زندگی آن گرد و غبار موجود در اثاثیه منزل است. گرد و غبار فرش ها، مبلمان و به ویژه رختخواب ها مناسب ترین محل برای مایت خانگی است. تمیز بودن منزل عامل مهمی در کاهش تعداد این جانوران است اما نکته مهم دیگر شرایط آب و هوایی است. مناطق سرد و خشک کوهستانی جایگاه مناسبی برای مایت ها نیستند ، اما این موجودات در مناطق گرم و مرطوب و حتی مناطق معتدل به وفور یافت می شوند.

این جانور از طریق گرد و غبار موجود در اثاثیه منزل به سطح پوست انسان آمده از لایه مرده سطح پوست تغذیه می کند. در واقع مایت خانگی دارای ترشحات آنزیمی خاصی است که موجب تجزیه سلول های مرده سطح پوست می شوند. مایت همراه با گرد و غبار به تمام خانه سرک می کشد و ترشحات خود را همه جا پخش می کند. به این ترتیب تماس آن با پوست موجب ایجاد کهیر، خارش و حساسیت های پوستی می گردد. علاوه بر این وارد شدن ترشحات مایت به دستگاه تنفس موجب بروز علایم آلرژی تنفسی در فرد خواهد شد. در واقع ترشحات مایت خانگی مهمترین عامل ایجاد آسم و آلرژی های تنفسی در جهان است.
