دستگاه لیزر "فمتوسکند" برای درمان پیرچشمی و پیوند قرنیه رونمایی شد

تهران- دستگا ليزر 'فمتوسکند' با قابليت ايجاد اثرات مولکولي در سطح قرنيه چشم، امکان برش هاي دقيق ليزري براي درمان پيرچشمي، پيوند لايه هاي قرنيه و ايجاد تونل هاي داخل قرنيه اي در کشور رونمايي شد.
دکتر 'محمود جوشقانی' روز پنجشنبه در گفت و گو با خبرنگار علمی ایرنا درباره 'دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند' اظهار داشت: دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند ( Femtosecond Laser) به دلیل طول تماس کوتاه هر پالس لیزر با چشم - که این زمان مضربی از 10 به توان منهای 15 ثانیه است- به این نام خوانده می شود.وی گفت که این دستگاه در درمان لیزری پیرچشمی کاربرد دارد و افزود: این درحال است که درمان های مختلف بیماری پیرچشمی مانند کارگزاری لنز داخل چشمی، عمل جراحی روی سفیدی یا صلبیه چشم و لیزر درمانی، دارای مضراتی بودند که با استفاده از دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند این مضرات رفع می شود.پیرچشمی به طور معمول در افراد بالای40 تا 45 سال دیده می شود و افراد دراین سن که دارای دید مناسب دور هستند برای دید نزدیک خود از عینک های نزدیک بین (عینک مطالعه ) استفاده کنند.دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران خاطرنشان ساخت: عوارض ناشی از درمان پیرچشمی در روش های درمانی سابق، بیماران دچار خیرگی (گلر) ،دیدن هاله ای دور نور( به ویژه در شب)، کاهش تشخیص کنتراست می شدند که خوشبختانه استفاده از دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند این عوارض را تا یک ماه به صفر می رساند.این چشم پزشک افزود: در تمامی روش های یاد شده حتی روش درمان با لیزر، به نوعی جراحی محسوب می شد که خطر عفونت چشم بیمار را افزایش می دهد.وی افزود: این درحالی است که درروش جدید به دلیل اینکه جراحی کاملا در 'ضخامت قرنیه' لیزر می خورد و دارای دقت در ابعاد میکرون است، حتی یک خراش هم در لایه پوششی سطح قرنیه نمی خورد و بنابراین احتمال عفونت چشمی نیز به صفر می رسد.وی اظهار امیدواری کرد که تا 10 سال آینده روش قالب پیرچشمی استفاده از فمتوسکند لیزر باشد.دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران گفت که این دستگاه علاوه بردرمان پیرچشمی در 'پیوند قرنیه' لایه ای و کامل استفاده می شود و افزود: در پیوند قرنیه به جای استفاده از چاقو می توان ازدستگاه لیزرفمتوسکند استفاده کرد و برش های دقیق تر ، صاف تر و منظم تر داشت.به گفته جوشقانی در عمل پیوند قرنیه چشم که قبلا از چاقو های جراحی استفاده می شد، برش ها به صورت غیر دقیق انجام می شد و در نتیجه احتمال اینکه عمل لایه ای قرنیه به عمل کامل قرنیه تبدیل شود بسیار زیاد بود و در این روش این احتمال به صفر رسیده است.این چشم پزشک با بیان اینکه بیماران دچار بیماری 'قوز قرنیه' با گذاشتن 'رینگ' (حلقه) داخل قرنیه چشم بهبود می یابند اظهار داشت: برای درمان بیماری 'قوز قرنیه' ، شکاف های کوچک برای گذاشتن رینگ از طریق دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند امکان پذیر است.دانشیار دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران گفت که به طور معمول دراعمال جراحی 'لیزیک'، یک لایه از قرنیه با استفاده از تیغ برداشته می شود و اعمال جراحی در لایه بعدی انجام می شود و افزود: با استفاده از دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند دقت این برش قرنیه از حدود 50 میکرون به هفت میکرون خواهد رسید که برش ها نازک تر و با سطح صاف تر انجام پذیر است.
جوشقانی اظهار امیدواری کرد که در آینده بیماری چشمی 'آب مروارید' نیز از طریق دستگاه لیزر فمتوسکند قابل درمان باشد؛ همچنین درمان دوربینی،‌نزدیک بینی و آستیگمات نیز از طریق این دستگاه قابل انجام خواهد بود.هزینه درمان پیرچشمی در کشور 35 میلیون ریال برآورد می شود که از این میزان 15 میلیون ریال به شرکت سازنده اختصاص می یابد.
