و انجمن ام اس کانادا می گوید : مطالعه دو ساله Gilenya در مقایسه با دارونما54 درصد کاهش عود رادر بر داشت ، ونیز آسیب به بافت مغز و آتروفی مغز اندازه گیری شده با ام آر آی کاهش رانشان داد.
اثرات مصرف Gilenya در دوران بارداری نامشخص است و نیز اثرات ایمنی آن در دراز مدت ناشناخته است.
مطالعات بیشتر هنوز در جریان است.
دربیانیه ی روز پنجشنبه گفته شد:. "انجمن ام اس کانادا از نزدیک این مطالعه ودیگر مطالعات را برای کسب اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد ایمنی طولانی مدت و اثر بخشی این دارو ی خوراکی نظاره خواهد کرد .
داروی جدید متفاوت از درمان های رایج که نیاز به تزریق یا انفوزیون دارد،می باشد.
شایع ترین عوارض جانبی ، سردرد ، افزایش آنزیم های کبدی ، علایم شبیه آنفولانزا ، اسهال ، دردبدن و سرفه می باشد.. شرکت اعلام کرد سایر عوارض جانبی عبارتند از کاهش برگشت پذیر ضربان قلب به مجرد شروع درمان و افزایش فشار خون خفیف .
Gilenya همچنین باعث کاهش تعداد سلولهای سفید خون و در نتیجه امکان خطر ابتلا به عفونت.را افزایش می دهد.
مولتیپل اسکلروزیس یک بیماری ناتوان کننده است که حدود 55،000 الی 75،000 کانادایی را درگیر کرده است.

در مورد این قرص باید گفت که این دارو تولید شده در ایران حدوداً اردیبهشت ماه توسط شرکت اسوه وارد بازار خواهد شد. تا مبتلایان بتوانند از آن استفاده کنند.

به نظرم کلمه ی درمان از تایتل حذف بشه چون بعید می دونم اون شرکت هم همچین ادعایی کرده باشه.

من که اگر این دارو هم بیاد باز تزریق رو ترجیح میدم چون فکر میکنم عوارضش کمتره.مثل قرص گلی بن کلامید که مربوط به دیابته ولی دکترها میگن انسولین تزریق بشه بهتره.

این داروها که ما رو خوب نمی کنه، پس چرا خودمون رو عذاب بدیم؟؟؟!!! من که هیچ دارویی استفاده نمی کنم

من که آمپول ایرانیشو میزنم ، نسبت به ایرانی بودنش مشکلی ندارم .پس برام خیلی خبر خوبیه ، از تزریق راحت می شم.چون واقعا برام سخته چون خودم میزنم.جونم بالا میاد.

من قیمت دقیقش نمی دانم یعنی هنوز قطعی نشده ولی دختر عمه من از طرف شرکت اسوه مسئول این پروژه است و به همراه تیم دکتر صحرائیان در حال مراحل تست هستند و قیمت نهایی آن هنوز مشخص نشده است
یکی از مباحث من در سخنرانی در سمینار بحث تحت پوشش رفتن همین دارو بود و یک نامه به معاونت دارو وزارت بهداشت توسط دکتر صحرائیان فرستادیم تا به امید خدا تحت پوشش بیمه قرار گیرد
من حتماً اطلاعات دقیق تر را خواهم داد
