رابطه درمان آوونکس با تعداد پلاک - paeeze - 2011/02/10

سلام دوستان
من 4 ماهه که آوونکس تزریق میکنم 1 پلاک فعال دارم
به نظرتون دارو ها با تعداد پلاک و اثر بخشیشون چقدر تاثیر داره
یعنی امکانش هست که پلاک فعالی غیر فعال بشه؟
آیا کسی این تجربه رو داشته؟

سارا جان هیچکدوم از پلاک های فعال ... فعال باقی نمیمونن
همشون بالاخره غیر فعال میشن ... حالا بعضی ها در عرض چند روز ... بعضی ها هم چند ماه ... تا اونجایی که من میدونم تقریبا بیشتر از ۳ ماه طول نمیکشه
البته اگه همون اولا به دوکی جونت مراجعه کنی و یه دوره پالس تراپی یا همون کرتن بگیری ... چند روزه رفع میشه

سارا جان داروها خيلي كمك ميكنه حتي ممكن باعث كمرنكتر شدن يا از بين رفتن البته تا حدودي يكسري از بلاك ها بشه البته اين خود دارو نيست كه اين كار رو ميكنه ولي بالاخره موثر حالا از هر طريقي كه ميخواد باشه.
نكران نباش اين نيز بكذرد.

یه سوال دیگه..............

خب مدت زیادی نمیگذره که من با ام اس آشنا شدم خیلی میترسم....یعنی من هم بعد چند سال نمیتونم راه برم یا امکان داره اتفاق بدی واسم بیفته؟

من الان هیچ مشکلی ندارم خدا رو شکر.

شروع بیماریم با تیک دار شدن صورتم بود که تا 3 روز ادامه داشت و بعد به دکتر مراجعه مردم.کلا بیماری بیخودیهsmiling

نه ساراجان .این طور نیست که همه بعد از چند سال بدتر بشن. فقط کسانی که نوع شدید ام اس رو دارن ممکنه ، اونم هر کس با دیگری فرق داره.
الان تو همین سایت کسانی هستن که بیش از ده ساله ام اس دارن و هیچ مشکلی هم ندارن. فقط خسته می شن!

دکتر گفت نوع RR_عود کننده بهبود یابنده دارم
ممکنه بعدا پیشرونده بشه؟

یکی از دوستان گفت که بعد یه مدت پلاک از بین میره خب اگه از بین بره که دیگه آدم بیمار نیست
پلاک میره جای دیکه؟؟

سارا جون تنها کاری که باید بکنی اینه که اولا آروم باشی
دوما سعی کنی اطلاعاتت و ببری بالا تا تو هم مثل بقیه مردم که فکر میکنن هر کی ام اس میگیره حالش خیلی بده ... فکر نکنی
احتمال داره ۲۰ سال دیگه هم هیچ اتفاقی برات نیافته
پلاک هم وقتی از بین میره ... یه سری سلول های دیگه جایگزین میشن
پلاک جای دیگه ای نمیره ...
اون قسمتی از رگ های عصبیت که آسیب میبینن و این آسیب دیدگی تو ام آر آی به شکل سفید دیده میشه ... بهش میگن پلاک ... همین
ایشالا اینجا حالت بهتر میشه ... چون میبینی که همه حالشون خوبه ... البته هیشکی به پای من نمیرسه ولی خوب هر کسی جای خودش حالش خوبه :35:

داروی سینووکس پلاکها را تثبیت میکند آیا این قدرت را دارد که پلاکها رااز بین هم ببرد یا نه مثلا درسال آینده ماشاهد کاهش تعداد پلاکها یاکوچک تر شدن آنها در mriمان باشیمHuh

بچه ها سعی کنید نزدیک زمان خواب تزریق داشته باشید...
مهرنوش جان فکر نکنم در مورد از بین رفتن پلاک ها تاثیری داشته باشه!

دکتر به من گفت داروهایی که مصرف میشه تنها اثر پیشگیری کننده دارد نه درمان!!!البته از عوارض بیماری کم می کنه امانه کامل نظر شماها چیست ؟
