تاثير معكوس نوشيدن قهوه بر مغز زنان و مردان!

بر اساس يك پژوهش جديد، نوشيدن قهوه، قدرت مغز زنان را در شرايط استرس‌زا افزايش داده، اما مردان را دچار بحران مي‌كند!

به گزارش سرويس پژوهشي خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، طبق اين تحقيقات در حالي‌كه نوشيدن يك قهوه عملكرد زنان را در زمان كار با ديگران افزايش مي‌دهد، به خاطره مردان آسيب زده و تصميم‌گيري آنان را كند مي‌كند.

دانشمندان دانشگاه بريستول انگليس با انجام آزمايشاتي قصد داشتند بفهمند كه قهوه چه تاثيراتي بر فردي كه در موقعيت استرس زا قرار دارد مي‌گذارد.

آنها در تحقيقات خود از 68 زن و مرد خواستند تا وظايف مختلفي همچون شركت در مذاكرات، حل جدول و انجام معماهاي يادآوري را انجام دهند و به آنها گفته شد كه پس از انجام اين كارها بايد به صورت عمومي در مورد كار محوله خود صحبت كنند.

به نيمي از اين افراد قهوه بدون كافئين و به ساير افراد قهوه‌اي با ميزان كافئين بالا داده شد.

محققان دريافتند كه عملكرد مردان در آزمايش‌هاي مربوط به حافظه با مصرف قهوه كافئين‌دار دچار اختلال بالايي مي‌شود. آنها جداول خود را به طور ميانگين 20 ثانيه ديرتر از افرادي كه قهوه بدون كافئين خورده بودند حل كردند.

اما زناني كه قهوه كافئين‌دار مصرف كرده ‌بودند 100 ثانيه سريع‌تر آزمايش خود را به اتمام رساندند.

مطالعات قبلي به اين موضوع اشاره داشته‌اند كه قهوه احتمالا در برابر بيماري‌هايي مانند ديابت، آلزايمر و آسيب كبدي و نقرس از بدن محافظت مي‌كند.

کارشناسان بين‌المللي طي تحقيقات خود در خصوص تاثير کافئين بر عملکرد خاص مغز، به نتايج مهمي دست يافتند که شرح کامل آن‌ها در مجله آلزايمر منتشر شده است...

خلاصه اين نتايج به شرح زير است:
