کار کردن با یک رئیس بد اخلاق به مراتب “سالم تر” از سر و کله زدن با همسر است

به گزارش خبرنگار سایت پزشکان بدون مرز به نقل از دیلی میل ، محققان دانشگاه لنکستر با هدف یافتن پاسخی برای این سئوال که “رئیس اداره استرس بیشتری می دهد یا شریک زندگی در خانه؟” تحقیقاتی را انجام دادند که نتایج آن نشان می دهد که کار کردن با یک رئیس کج خلق به مراتب “سالم تر” از سر و کله زدن با همسر است!

در این تحقیقات که با بودجه شرکت “فیلیپس” انجام شد این محققان سطح فشار روحی سه هزار مرد و زن را مورد کاوش قرار داده و دریافتند که ۵۷ درصد از مصاحبه شوندگان معتقدند که همسرشان “بزرگترین منبع استرس” آنها است در حالی که تنها ۴۳ درصد انگشت اتهام را به سوی رئیس خود نشانه گرفتند.

همچنین این تحقیقات نشان داد که ۱۸ درصد از زنان شوهران را مقصر اصلی استرس خود می دانستند درذحالی که ۱۲ درصد از مردان معتقد بودند که همسرشان در بروز استرس آنها نقش دارد.

به طور خلاصله نتایج این تحقیقات حاکی از آن است که اگر کمی به آرامش نیاز دارید بهتر است در بیرون از خانه کار کنید اما در کار کردن زیاده روی نکنید.
“اگر ساعت کار بیش از حد باشد به سلامت آسیب می رساند.”

در این تحقیق، سایر منابع استرس زا مثل وزن بدن و امنیت اقتصادی نیز مورد پرسش قرار گرفت و مشخص شد ۳۶ درصد از زنان به دلیل وزن بدن دچار استرس می شدند که این رقم برای مردان ۲۷ درصد بود.

درحالی که امنیت اقتصادی و پول ۲۷ درصد از زنان و ۳۳ درصد از مردان را با استرس مواجه می کرد.

"استــرس از نـوع خـوب!"


این روزها همه جا صحبت از پیامدهای استرس بر سلامتی بدن
است و پزشکان توصیه می کنند تا جای ممکن از عوامل استرس زا
دوری شود. حتی برخی داروها و روش های درمانی هم برای
کاهش استرس وارد بازار شده اند که هدف آنها مقابله با پیامدهایی است
که استرس روی قسمت های مختلف بدن برجا می گذارد.
این درحالی است که استرس همیشه هم بد نیست و در واقع نوع خوب استرس،
ضریب سلامتی بدن را افزایش می دهد. کارشناسان براین باورند
که هر چیزی که طپش قلب را تندتر کرده و جریان خون را سریع تر کند
به سلامتی کلی بدن از جمله سلامت قلب کمک می کند.
البته منظور از این توصیه قرار گرفتن در معرض استرس های مضر
مانند: عصبانیت و دلهره نیست، بلکه ورزش نوعی استرس مفید
به قسمت های بدن وارد می کند که ضمن افزایش ضربان قلب، جریان خون
را تسریع کرده و به استخوان ها هم پیام می دهد که شروع به ساختن
سلول های جدید کنند و به این ترتیب اسکلت بدن هم تقویت می شود.icon_biggrin icon_biggrin
