اگر فکر می کنید هیستامین ها نتیجه واکنش های آلرژیائی شما در طول فصل آلرژی است ، در اینجا چیزی که ممکن است دیدگاه شما را تغییر دهد. تحقیقات جدید منتشر شده در مجله لکوسیتی زیست شناسی نشان می دهد که هیستامین می تواند مولکول مهمی را جهت درمان های جدید مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (ام اس)توسعه دهد. در این مطالعه ، دانشمندان نقش هیستامین را در مدل حیوانی مولتیپل اسکلروزیس تجزیه و تحلیل کرده و متوجه شد ندکه هیستامین نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از ام اس یا کاهش اثرات آن دارد.
دکتر روزتا، محقق در امور بیماریهای نوروایمنولوژی و نورو عضلانی واحد بیماریهای مغز و اعصاب در موسسه بِستا بنیاد کارلو در میلان ایتالیا گفت: "ما امیدواریم که مطالعه ما کمک خواهد کرد تا تدابیروطرح های جدید ی برای درمان بیماری های خود ایمنی و به ویژه بیماری ام اس ، که هنوز درمان قطعی ندارد ،اندیشیده شود.
هیستامین یک انتقال دهنده عصبی درگیر در واکنش های آلرژیک و دیگر فرآیندهای فیزیولوژیک و پاتولوژیک است و بهتر است بدانیم نقش مهمی در واکنش های افزایش حساسیت مثل آلرژی دارد ، و به طور کلی با اتساع رگ های خونی و ساخت دیواره های رگ های نفوذ پذیر کار می کند وباعث می شود سلول های ایمنی راحت تربتواند حرکت کند. هیستامین نقش عمده ای در همهٔ واکنش های آلرژیک از گونهٔ مستقیم و بلاواسطه دارد
دانشمندان به بررسی اثر مستقیم هیستامین و دو مولکول مشابه که با اتصال به طور خاص بر روی گیرنده های هیستامین 1 یا 2پرداختند. با استفاده از مدل موش ام.اس ، پژوهشگران لنفوسیتهای تی ام.اس زا پدید آوردند و سپس این سلولها را با هیستامین و یا دو مولکول دیگردرمان کردند.
اثرات این درمان ها باتجزیه و تحلیل فعالیتهای سلول های تی از جمله تکثیر ، تولید سایتوکاین ها ، فعال سازی مسیر سیگنالینگ درون سلولی ، و چسبندگی به عروق مغز بررسی قرار گرفت.
نتایج نشان داد که هیستامین ،تکثیر واکنشی لنفوسیت تی میلین و تولید اینترفرون گاما - ، سایتوکاین مهم درگیر در التهاب مغز و میلین زدایی را کاهش می دهد.


علاوه بر این ، هیستامین توانایی واکنشی سلولهای تی میلین را برچسبندگی به عروق مغز وایجاد التهاب کاهش داد واین گامی مهم دردرمان بیماری ام اس می باشد..

به گفته ی دکتر جان وری" سردبیر مجله لکوسیتی زیست شناسی :"این پژوهش بسیار هیجان انگیز است به چند دلیل :
اول : آن نشان می دهد ارتباط غیر منتظره ای بین مسیرهای درگیر دربیمارهای خود ایمنی و آلرژی که که قبلا ناشناخته بود.
دوم : در حالی که اغلب ،گسترش مطالعات انجام شده در مدل های حیوانی برروی انسان طول می کشد اطلاعات این مطالعه، هدف دارویی جدید بالقوه ای برای درمان ام.اس و احتمالا دیگرخود بیماری های خودایمنی یا بیماری های سیستم عصبی مرکزی فراهم می آورد."

من که تا یادمه سالی چند بار به حساسیت از نوع کهیر و... مبتلا می شدم و برام آنتی هیستامین و داروهای مشابه تجویز می شد.

من متوجه نمیشم اگه هیستامین در پیشگیری از ام اس تاثیر داره ، پس چرا برای من نداشت ؟
من به یه نوع کهیر بعد از تست پنی سیلین مبتلا شدم که تا سالها با من بود و دکترها همش آمپول و قرص های ضد حساسیت و آنتی هیستامین میدادن.

ناهید جان شما آنتی هیستامین مصرف می کردین درحالی که این هیستامینه که در پیشگیری از ام اس نقش داره به عبارتی فکر می کنم مصرف آنتی هیستامینها اثر معکوسی داره

خوب من هیستامین خونم زیاد بوده که آنتی می دادن ، خوب همیشه که آنتی هیستامین نمیخوردم . هیستامینه چرا کار خودشو نکرد ؟

حق با شماست ناهید جان! یه سرچی براش کردم کلا خودشون هم گیج شدند در موردش. از یه طرف میزان CSF histamine در بیمارای ام اس به مقدار قابل توجهی بالاتر از نمونه ی کنترلی بوده از یه طرف شواهدی وجود داره که هیستامین نقش حفاظت کننده ای در ام اس دارهconfused2

منم تمام عمرم آلرژی داشتم. تازگی با آزمایش خون فهمیدم به شیر هم آلرژی دارم. در صورتی که همیشه هر روز یه لیوان شیر میخوردم. بدون اینکه داروهای آنتی هیستامین مصرف کنم. حالمم روز به روز داره بدتر میشه. انگار هیستامین برا من بی اثر بوده.angry2

وقتی حرف ازلرژی میشه
ختی به جنس ماده پرکننده دندان هم توجه باید بشه
ممکنه همزاه غذاخوردن سرب وارد بدن و مشکل به وجود بیاره
اینکه به چ چیزی الرژی داری واقعا مشکله

آنتی هیستامین برای بینایی مبتلایان به ام‌اس مفید است


پژوهش محققان دانشگاه کالیفرنیا ونورث شور نشان می‌دهد، داروی آنتی هیستامین که مبارزه با آلرژی به کار برده می‌شود، می‌تواند در بازگرداندن بینایی بیماران ام‌اس مفید باشد.

به گزارش سرویس علمی خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران (ایسنا) منطقه اصفهان و به نقل از پایگاه خبری کتابخانه ملی پزشکی آمریکا، محققان دریافتند که فومارات کلماستین می‌تواند عصب بینایی را در بیماران ام‌اس بازگرداند.

به گفته محققان هرچند این تغییر در بهبود بینایی متوسط بود، اما بسیار امیدوارکننده و هیجان‌انگیز است چرا که برای نخستین بار است که یک دارو در بازگرداندن آسیب ناشی از بیماری ام‌اس موفقیت از خود نشان می‌دهد.

طی این پژوهش 50 شخصی که به مدت پنج سال به ام‌اس و نوروپاتی اپتیک تشخیص داده شده بودند و با میانگین سنی 40 سال مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.

به مدت سه ماه بیماران هم آنتی هیستامین و دارو نما مصرف کردند. زمانی که بیماران آنتی هیستامین مصرف می‌کردند بهبود خوبی را در مورد بینایی‌شان به دست آوردند؛ بدین صورت که تأخیر زمانی برای انتقال اطلاعات بصری از چشم به مغز کاهش یافت.

پژوهشگران خاطرنشان کردند که این تحقیق جزء نتایج اولیه به شمار می رود و تحقیقات بیشتری در این رابطه مورد نیاز است، اما نمی‌توان این حقیقت را نفی کرد که نتایج جدید از این حیث هیجان‌انگیز هستند که درهای جدیدی به سوی درمان چنین مشکلاتی در بیماران ام‌اس گشوده‌اند.

این پژوهش طب نشست سالیانه آکادمی آمریکایی عصب شناسی در ونکوور مطرح شد.
