سلام دوستان : من مدت چند ماهی است که از بیماری ام مطلع شده ام و پزشک معالجم به غیر از آمپول ربیف تزریق ماهی یکبار متیل پردنیزولون(کورتن) را تجویز کرده و این باعث نگرانی من است . آیا در بین شما دوستان کسی چنین درمانی را برایتان تجویز کرده است و از تاثیر آن با خبر هستید .confused2

سلام
متیل پردنیزولون برای خواص ضد التهابی و اثراتی که در سرکوب دستگاه ایمنی بدن داره بکار میره.
من تو بیمارستان 10 تاش رو تجربه کردم.
اما چون نمیشه تعداد زیاد رو تو مدت کم تزریق کرد بعضی دکترا بنا به صلاح دید خودشون تزریق رو یه مدت ادامه دار می کنن

اثر ضد التهابی داره ولی از کجا میدونه هر ماه کورتون لازمه ؟ تا کی گفته ؟

متیل پردنیزولون خواص ضد التهابی داره و فقط زمان حملات ام اس تجویز میشه. وقتی حالت خوبه عجیب دکتر ماهی یکبار برات تجویزش کرده!

با چندتا دكتر ديگه هم صحبت كني بد نيست،همون قدر كه ميتونه كمك كنه به كاهش بعضي علائم بيماري در دراز مدت ميتونه مشكل ساز باشه ،چون يكي از مهمترين عوارضش پوكي استخوان هست كه براي كاهش عوارض ناشي از كورتون قرص كلسيم تجويز ميشه
من با وجود اين كه مشكل حركتي شديد دارم و از دكترم خواستم كه برام كورتون تجويز كنه با اكراه 2 گرم تجويز كرد و گفت ماهي يه بار استفاده كنم

خب البته بيمار با بيمار فرق داره و تجويز دارو از اين بيمار به اونيكي تغيير ميكنه
فك نميكنم چيز عجيبي باشه
بسته به شدت بيماريتون احتمالا شكل تزريق دارو تغيير ميكنه
من فقز در اين حد ميدونم كه در زمان اوج حمله يه دوره ي بين 3 تا 5 روز كورتون تراپي براي بيمارا تجويز ميشه تا تا حمله سركوب بشه
شايد شما در اوج حمله نباشيد و دكترتون بخواد يواش يواش بيماريتون رو مهار كنه !
