بچه ها هرکی اطلاعاتی در مورد تعداد گلبول سفید و ام اس داره لطفا بگه.
شما رد ازمایش خونتون تعداد گلبول های سفیدتون چقدر بوده؟

مينا جان دليل جواب ندادن به تاپيكتون احتمالا بي اطلاعي دوستان از سوالتون هست . امكان نخوندن پستتون هم وجود داره

حتما موقع حمله تعدادشون زیاد میشه؟

حمله به گلبول سفید کاری نداره و تعدادشون رو تغییر نمیده
همینطور بقیه انواع سلولهای دفاعی رو
تست تعداد گلبول سفید که توی نسخه به صوری CBC نوشته میشه
هیچ تست دقیقی نیست و یه سرماخوردگی هم میتونه میزانشو خیلی جابه جا کنه
پس به هیچ عنوان نگرانش نباش

سوالات اینه که:
آیا در حملات میزان گلبولهای سفید افزایش پیدا میکنه(wbc)؟یعنی هر موقع گلبولهای سفید افزایش پیدا کردن حمله رخ میده؟
اگر رنج گلبولهای سفید در منطقه نرمال باشد حملهای رخ میدهد بین 4000-10000 ؟

من 2 تا دكتر و ميرم كه هر 2 اونا اين مبحثو كه اگر گلبول سفيد بالا باشه و ام اس حمله كنه رو رد كردن ولي نكته اي كه من بارها متوجه شدم وتا پارسال كه آخرين حمله من بود به وضوح تو آزمايشاتم ديده ميشد از سال 1377 تا پارسال اينه كه من همواره گلبولهاي سفيد خونم 1000 تا 2000 از حد نرمال بالاتر بود كه قبل از اينكه
ام اس منو تشخيص بدن هر وقتي پيش دكتر عمومي ميرفتم جواب ميداد يه جاي بدنت يه عفونت كوچولو هست و مثال سرما خوردگي رو ميزد ولي واسه خودم جالب بود با اينكه هيچ سرما خوردگي نداشتم چرا همش wbc تو آزمايشاتم بالاس. و آخرش اين شد كه پارسال تشخيص ام اس دادن. و از پارسال كه درمان رو شروع كردم هر آزمايشي دادم گلويولهاي سفيدم كاملا به تعداد طبيعي هستن.
به نظر من يكي از علايم تشخيص در مورد ام اس همين بالا بودن WBC ميتونه باشه

ٌWBC با CBC فرق میکنه.
