اولین قرص خوراکی برای درمان ام‌اس در آمریکا مورد تایید قرار گرفت - nazaninn - 2010/09/25

سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا اعلام کرد اولین داروی خوراکی برای درمان شایع‌ترین شکل بیماری ام‌اس (اسکلروز متعدد) را مورد تایید قرار داده است
به گزارش خبرگزاری فرانسه سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا گفت داروی گیلنیا (Gilenya)، با نام ژنریک فینگولیمود (fingolimod)، اولین دارو از گروه جدیدی از داروهاست

که با مهار کردن مهاجرت سلول‌های خونی معینی به مغز و نخاع، به کاهش شدت بیماری ام.اس در بیماران مبتلا به اشکال عودکننده بیماری کمک می‌‌کنند.
این تایید قدم ارزشمندی به جلو برای بیماران ام‌اس به حساب می‌آید که مجبور بودند برای درمان عوارض عصبی پیچیده بیماری تزریقات مکرری را تحمل کنند.
حدود 2.5 میلیون نفر مبتلا به ام اس در سراسر دنیا وجود دارند.
راسل کاتز، رئیس بخش فراورده‌‌های نورولوژی در مرکز ارزیابی و پژوهش دارویی سازمان غذا و دارویی آمریکا در بیانیه‌ای گفت:‌ "گیلنیا اولین داروی خوراکی است که می‌تواند پیشرفت ناتوانی ناشی از این بیماری را کند کند و توالی تکرار و شدت علائم در ام‌اس را کاه شدهد، و به این ترتیب داروی جانشینی برای درمان‌های تزریقی دردسترس فعلی است."
ام‌اس یک بیماری مزمن و اغلب ناتوان‌کننده است که به میلین،‌ ماده چربی که اعصاب را احاطه و رشته‌های عصبی را در دستگاه عصبی مرکزی حمایت می‌کند، حمله می‌کند.
این بیماری سیر پیش‌بینی‌ناپذیری دارد،‌ و علائم آن از فردی به فردی دیگر بسیار متفاوت است. علائم ممکن است خفیف در حد خستگی، بی‌حسی در دست‌ها و پاها، و مشکلات حفظ تعادل باشد، با علائم به صورت شدید با فلج و کوری ظاهر شود.
علت ام‌اس نامعلوم است، اما پژوهشگران اعتقاد دارند که ام‌اس یک بیماری خودایمنی است که عوامل ژنتیک و محیطی در ایجاد آن نقش دارند.
شرکت سوئیسی معظم نوارتریس که سازنده گلینیا است، می‌گوید تایید سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا بر اساس بزرگترین برنامه کارآزمایی بالینی که تا به حال برای یک داروی جدید ام‌اس آن به این سازمان فرستاه شده بود، بدست آورده است.
این شرکت به دنبال گرفتن تایید این دارو در اروپا و بقیه مناطق جهان است.
جامعه ملی ام‌اس آمریکا تایید این دارو را "گامی قابل‌توجه در جهت درمان مبتلایان به ام‌اس و رفع نیاز به درمان‌های اضافی شمرد."

به گفته سازمان غذا و داروی آمریکا گیلنیا خطر این عوارض جانبی را دارد: کاهش سرعت ضربان قلب در مصرف‌کنندگان جدید دارو و نیز سردرد، علائم شبیه به آنفلوآنزا، اسهال و کمردرد.
رابرت لیساک، استاد ایمنی‌شناسی و میکروب‌شناسی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه ایالتی واین در دیترویت از این درمان جدید استقبال کرد،‌ اما افزود:‌ "با این حال ما هنوز نیاز به تحت نظر گرفتن درمان‌های جدید از لحاظ موضوعات مربوط به ایمنی درازمدت هستیم."

من بچه بوددم ابن فینگولیمود قرار بود بیاد جایگزین آمپول بشه هنوز نیامده

خبري كه نازنين عزيز زحمت ارسالش رو كشيدن اين سري ديگه واقعا جديه .
دكتر منم امروز ميگفت بالاخره اولين داروي خوراكي اومد .


اين ديگه حرف دكترم نيست پيش بيني خودمه !
زياد به اين دارو دل خوش نكنيد .
اگه بخواد بياد ايران حداقل حداقل حداقل حداقل 3-4 سال طول ميكشه .
بعدشم به احتمال خيلي قوي اوايل پخش قيمت خيلي بالايي خواهد داشت

پس امپولاتونو بزنيد فعلا با همين امپول حال كنيد . اونم به وقتش مياد .

باپیش بینی آقاحمیدموافقم.فقط من به حداقل 3.4سال،یه4سال ناقابلم اضافه میکنم،ومیگم حداقل8سال دیگه این دارو وارد ایران میشه.چون ازیناهرچی بگی برمیادالارفاه حال مردم.4سال اولشم قیمتش میلیونیه هیشکی نمیتونه بخره،احتمالابرای12سال آینده یعنی سال 2022اگه عمری بودوتحت فشار این آمپولا زنده بودیم میتونیم ازقرص استفاده کنیم.

همونیکه قبلا خودتون گفتین
باید بچه وزیر بهداشت ام اس بگیره تا خوراکیش بیاد اخه بچش بدنش سوراخ سوراخ میشه امپول بزنه آخی .
