سلام خدمت همه عزيزان
همان طور كه قبلا درخواست شده و از طرف مديران نيز پاسخگويي به عمل اومده ما نميتونيم شرايطي رو فراهم كنيم كه از امار تعداد مصرف كنندگان دارويي خاص در سايت اطلاع پيدا كنيم .
احتمال اينكه بعدا احتياج داشته باشيم مثلا به مصرف كنندگان داروي ربيف اطلاعيه اي رو برسونيم بالاهست و گشتن بين 400 و خورده اي اسامي تقريبا سخته به همين دليل و با پيشنهاد دوستان اين نظرسنجي قرار داده ميشه تا از تعداد و اسامي استفاده كننده داروي مورد مطلع بشيم .

دوستان لطف كنند در نظر سنجي شركت كنند تا از مزاياي احتمالي آينده بهره مند شوند . نظر سنجي عمومي ميباشد و قابليت اسامي راي دهنده براي همه دوستان وجود دارد .

من همه داروها رو استفاده کردم.
دو سه سال آوانکس زدم بعد برای بچه دار شدن قطعش کردن.
بعد از به دنیا اومدن نی نی بتافرون که بهم نساخت (توهم زده بودم چه جور!)
بعد هم ربیف که دیگه این آخری ها دیدن اثری نداره رفتم تو فاز نوانترون. مرداد امسال ششمین تزریق رو داشتم و حالا هم دکتر آمپیرا رو توصیه کرده.
