بچه ها من با اينكه مدت زياديه كه هفته اي يكبار آمپول مي زنم ، با� وجود اين تا حدود ٢٤ ساعت درد دست و پا و سردرد دارم دكتر من ميگه استامينوفن كدئين مصرف كنم اما زياد موثر نيست. شما مسكن خاصي مصرف ميكنيد؟ بعد تزريق مي تونيد راحت بخوابيد؟

نه بابا،ببین سعی کن تزریقتو ساعت 8-9 انجام بدی که قبل از این که درد شروع شه خوابت ببره Sad
پروفن هم برای کاهش درد جواب میده،ببین میدونی دکتر جونم که دوستش دارم :oچی میگفت؟(خدا بیامرز)میگفت یه پروفن و قرص سرماخوردگی قبل از تزریق بخورم یکی از هر کدوم هم بعد تزریق Wink
ولی خب زیاد قرصی میشی اونوقت،همون راه حل برای من که جواب داده،تو هم امتحان کن 8)

مهسا جان من داروم بتافرون هست نميدونم چقدر فرق داره با داروت ولي كلا ماهيتشون يكي هست
ما اجازه خوردن 4تا استامينيفون 500 داريم . 2 عددشو 2 ساعت قبل از تزريق و 2عدد ديگه 2 ساعت بعد از تزريق
از ناپروكسن هم ميتوني استفاده كني منتهي نه به اين تعداد
1 عدد ناپروكسن بعد از تزريق
ميتوني خودت امتحان كني ببيني كدوم حالت برات راحت تره

من هم بعد از� 4 سال تزریق هنوز این علائم رادارم ولی چه میشود کرد همان استامینوفن بهترین است چون عوارض آن کمتر است . بروفن وژلولفن عوارض دارد وبهتر است کمتر استفاده شود. عصرهایا شب قبل از خواب بهترین زمان تزریق است .� � � � � حامد - مشهد

الان به جای بروفین لز ژلوفین استفاده میشه
چون عوارضش خیلی کمتره و تاثیر گذاریشم نسبت به اون بهتره
۲ ساعت قبل از تزریق ۴ ساعت بعد از تزریق
من که امتحان کردم خیلی عالی جواب داد
اصلا احساس نمیکردم که اون روز تزریق داشتم

دکترم ازاون اول بهم گفت تزریقت رو درباسن ودست وران انجام بده.اینطوری همیشه تاتزریق بعدی تومحل قبلی 6هفته طول میکشه وجاش بهیچ وجه اذیتت نمیکنه،2سال تزریق آونکس روطبق دستوردکترم انجام دادم مشکلی نداشتم.امابعدش ران ودستم بشدت دردناک شدطوریکه دیگه نتونستم تواین2جابزنم والان تقریبا1سالی میشه فقط توباسن تزریق میکنم.مدتی هست که محل تزریق آمپولم بشدت دردناک شده.چندباری گرم کردم فرق نکرد.میخام بدونم کمپرس سرد بهتره یاگرم؟بعدتزریق یاقبل تزریق؟درکل چه راههایی بهم واسه کاهش درد پیشنهادمیدید؟
چون تازه واردم نمیدونم درمورد این موضوع قبلاجایی بحث شده یانه.اگه بحث شده آدرس اون تاپیک رو واسم بذارید وگرنه ممنون میشم راهنماییم کنید

به من دكتر گفته جاشو كمپرس نكن ولي چيزي كه ميتونه تو بازسازي ماهيچه ها كمك كنه ورزش هستش.منم همين مشكلو داشتم .با شنا كردن خيلي بهتر شدم. ميتوني برو استخر

عزيزم چند دقيقه بعد و چند دقيقه قبل از تزريق كمپرس سرد و بعد از اون ( اغلب شبا موقع خواب و اينا ) كمپرس گرم موثره
بيش از او.ن ماساژ و اينجاد ضربه در اون منطقه

راستی چرا دکترم کمپرس سرد رو بلافاصله بعدتزریق محکوم میکنه؟میگه بااینکاردرد توتمام بدنت پخش میشه؟

مهساجان من ازتجربه یکی ازآشناهام که12ساله ام اس داره استفاده کردم وتاحالام مشکلی نداشتم به توام میگمش دوست داشتی اینکاروبکن.
اون همش تواین 12سال آونکس رو توباسنش تزریق کرده،وشب تزریق میکنه صبحش کمپرس سردمیذاره طوریکه کاملا اون محل بی حس میشه،تاالان اصلادردوکبودی درمحل تزریقش نداشته.راستی دکتراونم بشدت کمپرس سرد روسریعا چنددقیقه بعدآمپول محکوم کرده،منم تواین3سال همین کاروکردم وخداروشکرمشکلی نداشتم.امیدوارم توام مشکلت خیلی زودحل بشه
