سلام
این اتفاق برا من هم می افته و فکر میکنم که متداول باشه. گرم نگه داشتن پایین تنه (مثلا پوشیدن شلوار زیر) میتونه جریان خون رو بالا نگه داره و یا استفاده از ساپورت برا مفاصل هم میتونه اونا رو گرم نگه داره. ورزش منظم هم که کلا خوبه.

از اونجایی که بدلیل عوارض دارو همش گرمم هست و تو گرما هم اذیت میشم لباس اضافی نمیتونم بپوشم متاسفانه!یجورایی نمیدونم از گرما فرار کنم یا از سرما?ممنونم از پاسختون

من هم گرفتیم بیشتر شده چه کنیم؟

سلام 
پیشگری در کل سال  بخصوص فصل سرما 
اگه سینوزیت دارید که بستن پیشانی بعد از فعالیت و حمام عرق کردن 
من ویتامین ث پیشنهاد میکنم چون همیشه در معرض اش هستم پنی سیلین آزیترومایسین مصرف کردم بدنم مقاوم شده ...
پاهای منم  میکنه با وجود آرتروز و رماتیسم ادامه میدیم.

بله وای سرد بر علائم منم تشدید می‌کنه امتحان کردم میگن که گرما برای ام اس بده خوب درسته اما سرما برای من که خیلی بدتره

من توس  گرما حس بیهوش شدن بهم میده تو سرما هم دست و پاهام بی حس میشن توی سرما انگشتام گزگز میکنن ولی صورتم که مثل دستام پوشش نداره گرم میمونه یه و۳تایی از سرما فک میکنم میخوام سکته کنم من قبل بیماری گرما اذیتم میکرد سرما رو دوس داشتم الان جفتش اذیتم میکنن
