با سلام خدمت همگی 
من ماه پیش دفترچه تامین اجتماعی را عوض کردم ودر دفترچه جدیدی که به من دادند به جای تاریخ اعتبار جمله (بهره مندی از خدمات درمانی بر مبنای استعلام از سامانه استحقاق درمان می باشد) زده بود 
یک سوال اگه کارفرما بیمه من را رد نکند من نسخه های من درسیستم تامین اجتماعی قابل تایید است ؟ 
من یک بار آن زمانی که تاریخ اعتبار در دفترچه درمان می گذاشتند تاریخ اعتبار تمام شده بود ولی درسیستم اعتبار درمانم داشتم و نسخه را تایید کردند 
الان من می خوام بدونم که درست فکر می کنم اعتبار دفترچه درمانم با توجه به بیمای خاص بدونم در سیستم تامین اجتماعی خیلی ارتباطی به پرداخت حق بیمه از سوی کارفرما نداره ؟

کاملا ربط داره به پرداخت بیمه از سمت کارفرما smiling
نسخه من بخاطر مشکلی که در پرداخت بیمه داشت تایید نشد و بعد از حل اون مشکل و با مراجعه مجدد تایید شد.
بیمه پرداخت  نشه فرقی نمیکنه که خاص باشی یا نه و اینکه تامین اجتماعی اصلا ام‌اس را خاص نمیدونه

همینی که مریم گفت : کاملا ربط داره. سیکلش به شکل زیر هست

۱ - میری داروخانه و دفترچه رو میدی
۲ - داروخانه در سیستم میزنه که ببینه اعتبار داره یا نداره
۳- اگه اعتبار داشت بهت دارو میده ، اگه نداشت میگه بیمه ت تایید نمیکنه

حالا یه نکته :‌
از چند ماه پیش دیگه اعتبار دفترچه مهم نیست . حتی اگه بری کارگزاری و بگی مهر تمدید بزن بهت میگه نمیخواد برو خونتون


و برای اینکه مطمئن بشی اعتبار داری یا نه باید از سایت سوابق تامین اجتماعی چک کنی
یه راه چک کردن دیگه هم داره که شماره بیمه یا کدملی ت رو باید به یه شماره ای اس ام اس کنی که یادم نیست چی بود smiling
