تو مثل ماهی می تونی شنا بکنی
شنا و ورزش هایی آبی جز تمریناتی هستند که چه شما ام اس داشته باشید چه نداشته باشید می تونید انجام بدید. چه در هوای گرم تابستان برای خنک شدن و یا در زمستان برای انجام حرکات ورزشی می تونید شنا کنید

چرا شنا برای شما خوب است؟
آب سیال است و این حمایت و پشتیبانی رو میکند که احساس کنید سبکتر هستید و شما می توانید حرکات بیشتری رو انجام بدهید که این رو مدیون سیالیت آب هستید و همچنین باعث آرامش عضلات می شود
آب ویسکوز می باشد به این معنی که در برابر حرکات شما مقاومت می کند شما در آب با سرعت کمتری حرکت می کنید و به شما اجازه می دهد که بر روی توازن و هماهنگی خود کار کنید
آب فشار هیدرواستاتیک ایجاد می کند هرچه عمیق تر می روید، فشار بیشتری را حس می کنید و به شما در فعالیتهای مانند راه رفتن کمک می کند.
با توجه به ویژگی های منحصر به فرد آب، شنا باعث تقویت استقامت و آمادگی قلبی و عروقی شما می شود و همچنین قدرت، تعادل و انعطاف پذیری را بهبود می بخشد.
شنا استرس را کاهش می دهد و شما را ریلکس می کند. این یک تمرین سازگار است، به این معنی که اگر شما بی حوصله باشید، با شنا و یا تمرینات ورزشی در آب سرحالتر می شوید!
شنا بر روی روابط اجتماعی شما تاثیر گزار می باشد شما می تونید با بچه ها یا خانواده و یا گروهی تمرین کنید.
شنا از معدود تمریناتی هستش که شما را خنک می کند به جای اینه گرم بکنه . توجه داشته باشید که دمای آب استخرها متفاوت هستش مثلا دمای آب استخرهایی که برای مسابقه برنامه ریزی شده پایین تر از دمای آب استخرهایی که برای آب درمانی در نظر گرفته شده پس حتما بررسی کنید که چه دمای آب استخری برای شما مناسبتر می باشد



سعی کنید در کلاس های آب درمانی شرکت کنید در اونجا تکنیک های متنوعی رو برای اینکه در آب راحتر باشید رو آموزش می دهند
اگر تصمیم دارید که شنا را بدون کلاس یاد بگیرید همیشه یک نفر جهت احتیاط همراهتون باشه
شما حتما نباید شنا کنید
اگر شنا کردن بلد نیستید تمرین های ورزشی دیگری در آب وجود دارد که به سلامت بدن شما کمک می کند و اگر از آب می ترسید وسیله هایی وجود داره که به شما کمک می کنه در آب معلق باشید و از بودن در استخر لذت ببرید
چند توصیه
اگر محدودیت حرکتی دارید میتوانید بررسی کنید که آیا استخری با تجهیزات خاص مثل دستگاه ورود به داخل آب یا خروج از آب وجود داره
اگر در دریا قصد شنا کردن دارید مراقب امواج آب باشید و حتما با کسی که شنا بلده به دریا بروید
سعی کنید در آب شنا کنید تا از مزایای بسیار مفید آن بهره مند شوید
