سلام
دوستانی که تجربه موفقی در کنترل علایم ام اس دارند لطفا برای استفاده بقیه به اشتراک بذارند

من با فعالیت فیزیکی (حتی کم) دچار گزگز و کرختی سمت چپ میشم و نمی تونم کارم رو درست ادامه بدم البته بعد از چند ساعت با استراحت بعدش همش خوب میشه
آیا کسی تجربه ای در این زمینه داره

سلام. من برعکس شما هستم . وقتی فعالیتم کم میشه احساس میکنم بدنم خیلی زود تنبل میشه عادت میکنه به کسلی و احساس حال نداری میکنم. ولی روزایی که یکمی ورزش میکنم مخصوصا روزایی که زیاد پیاده روی دارم هم حالم بهتره و هم کمتر علائم خستگی و.. دارم . و یه چیز مهم دیگه فکرم هست اگه غمگین باشم خیلی زود مریضیمو حس میکنم مثلا شده روز بدی داشتم کلا بدنمو مخصوصا پاهامو حس نمیکردم انگار که رو هوا راه میرم که اتفاقا خیلی حس بدی به آدم میده. عوضش روزایی که شادم توانایی اینو دارم کوه جابه جا کنم . من و این هشت سالی که ام اس دارم فقط حمله تشخیص رو داشتم و به نظرم مهمترین چیزی که کمکم کرد که بیماریمو کنترل کنم کنترل کردن خشم و غمم بوده. عصبانیت سریع بیخوابم میکنه و بی خوابی خودش میشه عامل فکر و خیال و نهایتا غم و غصه.

سلام من حتی اگه روحیه خیلی خوبی هم داشته باشم بعضی وقتا واقعا توان حرکت ندارم ودرد خیلی شدید پهلو دارم و وقتی فعالیت تقریبا زیاد داشته باشم روحیه ام خوب میشه ولی واقعا خسته میشم و نفسم تنگ میشه تا استراحت نکنم اصلا خوب نمیشم من قبل از شروع بیماریم خیلی فعال بودم و وقتی الان نمی تونم مثل قبل کارامو انجام بدم ناراحت میشم و واقعا بعد از فعالیت زیاد کف دست و پاهام به حدی گرم میشه که سریع باید خنکش کنم از طرفی آب سرد هم خیلی اذیتم میکنه خودم موندم چیکار کنم گرما و سرما هر دو اذیتم میکنه من فکر میکنم هر کسی شرایط خاص خودشو داره توان جسمی آب وهوای محلی که زندگی میکنه وحتی نوع تغذیه مثلا استفاده از غذاهای با طبع گرم برامون خیلی بهتره به هر حال انشاءالله روز به روز بهتر میشیم و با مشکلات کنار میام والسلام

سلام میشه از دوستان بپرسم سرگیجه در ام اس چگونه است؟ سرگیجه ام اس چ فرقی با بقیه سر گیجه ها داره؟
