افسردگی - نازلی - 2018/08/25

فرد افسرده تمایلی به گفت‌وگو و شنیدن ندارد جز در موارد بد و منفی که در خود نمی‌بیند.
سخن گفتن او آهسته و منقطع است و یک‌دست و یک‌نواخت صحبت می‌کند و اغلب اوقات توانایی ادامه کلامش را، به خصوص در یافتن لغات یا فعلی در پایان جمله ندارد.

به همین دلیل گفت‌وگو کردن را برای خودش سخت و مشکل می‌بیند.

در نتیجه انتظار او از دیگران این است که سخن او را شنیده باشند و بر مبنای آن عمل کنند که برخی اوقات موجب ناراحتی و سوءتفاهم می‌شود.

اما از وقتی فشار زندگیم بیشتر شده زودگریه ام میگیره فکر میکنم افسرده شدمsad2
درحالی که تو کل عمرم کسی گریه منو ندیده بود

در تعجبم هرچی زندگی پیش میره من قوی تر میشم مشکلات هم بزرگتر میشن نمیدونم اسمش زندگیه یا میدون جنگ و نبرد تن به تن N_aggressive (35)

از قرصا نترسید، وابستگی رو که خودمون نباید تشخیص بدیم. مهم درمانه. 
هر قرصی دوره‌ی درمانش تموم بشه نیاز به مصرفش هم تموم میشه

اصلا وابستگی به قرص بنظر من ی چیز خیلی مسخرست. چون اگه مطابق اون دوره ای که پزشکت تعیین میکنه(به شرط حاذق بودن) مصرف کنی اصلا وابستگی نداره. 
من چندین ماه داروهایی استفاده کردم که همه و همه جا میگفتن وابستگی داره و نمیتونی قطعش کنی ولی بعد اون دوره هیچ کدومشو استفاده نکردم و هیچ مشکلی هم نداشتم agreement2
