۱- المتوزومب یا لمترادا:
این دارو یکی از قویترین و موثرترین داروهای ام اس بوده که به صورت وریدی و یک دوره پنج روزه تزریق و یک سال دیگر به مدت سه روز تکرار می شود .
از زمانی که مطالعه بر روی دارو شروع شده ۶۰ درصد بیماران غیر از این دو تزریق دیگر نیاز به تزریق بعدی نداشته اند و اکنون هفتمین سالی است که بیماری آنها کاملا خاموش شده است. بقیه بیماران نیز نیاز به تزریق مجدد در سال سوم یا چهارم داشته اند(تزریقات سالی یکبار و به مدت سه روز است).

این دارو بسیار موثر بوده و بعضی اثر آن را معادل پیوند مغز استخوان می دانند و در حال حاضر در بیماران با ام اس فعال که به داروهای خط اول پاسخ ندادند استفاده می شود.البته دارو عوارضی نیز به همراه دارد و فرد استفاده کننده باید تا حدود پنج سال هر ماه ازمایش خون انجام دهد.

المتوزومب تنها دارویی است که توانسته جلوی اسیب سلولهای مغز در ام اس را به طور کامل بگیرد.

دارو به صورت تک نسخه ای قابل ورود به کشور است اما هنوز مجوز ورود با تعداد زیاد داده نشده و مشکل اصلی قیمت آن است هرچند که شرکت سازنده قیمتی را که به ایران پیشنهاد کرده از سایر کشورها ارزانتر است اما همچنان بدون تامین بیمه بسیار گران محسوب می شود .

قیمت برای تزریق پنج روز سال اول حدودا صد و پنجاه میلیون تومان و برای سال دوم نود میلیون تومان است. تلاشهای زیادی انجام شده اما متاسفانه هنوز برای بیمه اقدامی صورت نگرفته است. در مورد داروهای اینچنینی بعضی از همکاران و از جمله اینجانب پیشنهاد محدود کردن تجویز برای بیماران با شرایط خاص کرده ایم که اگر دارو قابل تامین با قیمت بیمه ای برای همه نیست ان دسته از بیماران که ام اس شدید دارند و داروهای دیگر به آنها پاسخ نداده است بتوانند از این دارو استفاده کنند اما متاسفانه هنوز ترتیب اثری داده نشده است.


2- اکرلی زومب یا اکری وس
اکرلی زومب هر ۶ ماه یکبار تزریق می شود و یکی از داروهای موثر در کنترل بیماری است و تنها دارویی است که هم در ام اس عود کننده -بهبود یابنده و هم در نوع پبشرونده موثر است .
برای ورود و گرفتن مجوز وزارت بهداشت چندین کمیته تشکیل شده که نظر همگی مثبت بوده و در حال حاضر منتظر کمیته نهایی است. قیمت دارو برای یکسال مصرف از کشورهای دیگر ارزانتر است و حدود ۷۰ تا صد میلیون تومان تخمین زده می شود . پس از ورود دارو ،احتمال بیمه شدن آن با وضعیت فعلی نامشخص است هرچند که تلاشهای بسیاری صورت گرفته است. پیشنهاد بنده حداقل قبول بیمه برای موارد پیشرونده ام اس است.


3-کلادریبین یا ماونکلاد
کلادریبین دارو قوی و موثر بوده که به صورت قرص و خوراکی مصرف می شود و حسن آن این است که بیمار می تواند دارو را در منزل مصرف کند. این دارو برای ام اس فعال کاربرد دارد و طریقه مصرف آن به این صورت است که بیمار حدود پنج روز دارو را مصرف می کند و سپس یک ماه دیگر نیز این کار را تکرار می کند و مجددا یک سال دیگر نیز این دوره تکرار می شود ( دو دوره پنج روزه به فاصله یک ماه) و دیگر تا چهار سال بیمار نیاز به مصرف هیچ دارویی ندارد.
این دارو ازنظر مکانیسم و راحتی مصرف منحصر به فرد است . دارو در کمیته اول در وزارت بهداشت مطرح شده و نظر مساعد را گرفته است اما نیاز به کمیته های بعدی دارد . بازهم علی رغم تخفیف بسیار خوب شرکت سازنده به ایران ،قیمت آن برای هر سال حدود صد میلیون تومان است.

لطفا به این مساله توجه داشته باشید که کسانی که با داروهای فعلی بیماری آنها کنترل است نیازی به تغییر دارو و استفاده از داروهای جدید ندارند. حسن داروهای جدید کنترل بسیار بهتر بیماری در کنار راحتی مصرف و نیاز به مصرف دارو در فواصل طولانی به صورت هر شش ماه یا یکسال است هرچند که این داروها عوارض بیشتری نیز نسبت به داروهای قدیمی به همراه دارند.

تکنولوژی تولید این داروها به ویژه انواع تزریقی بسیار منحصر به فرد است و به علت اینکه سالها برای ورود دارو تحقیق صورت گرفته است قیمت بسیار بالایی دارند به طوری که متاسفانه برای اکثریت قریب به اتفاق بیماران مبتلا به ام اس، تهیه این داروها تقریبا امری محال است .

بله در حالی که دنیا با پیشرفت علم و تکنولوژی در حال تولید داروهای موثر و مهار بیماری است متاسفانه ما در داخل کشور در حال رواج دادن طب هزار سال قبل هستیم و با تبلیغات دروغین طب هایی که صدها سال قبل در مقابل بسیاری از بیماریها ازجمله عفونت ها شکست خورده اند را به عنوان طب جایگزین معرفی می کنیم. استفاده از طب سنتی به عنوان طب مکمل در کنار داروهای اصلی اصلا چیز بدی نیست و می تواند کمک کننده نیز باشد اما پیشنهاد آن به عنوان حلال تمام مشکلات و قطع داروهای اصلی، کاری بسیار خطرناک است و هر روز شاهد بیمارانی هستیم که متاسفانه فریب تبلیغات دروغین را خورده اند و با قطع دارو دچار پیشرفت غیر قابل برگشت بیماری شده اند . جنگ با علم و سوء استفاده از کم اطلاعی بیماران به طور قطع در آینده ای نزدیک محکوم به شکست است اما متاسفانه در این میان بیشترین ضرر را بیماران خواهند کرد.

سلام . درسته خیلی داروهای موثری تولید شده ولی فعلا که با این شرایطی که کشورمون داره ، متاسفانه جای امیدواری نمیمونه که به این زودی ها این داروها بیاد و بیمه هم بشه !
