دلیل تزریق کورتون هنگام تغییر دارو
سلام به همه دوستان
من دو ساله که ام اس دارم

در مورد تزریق کورتون .. بگذریم که عوارضش و همه جا خوندیم و میدونیم چیه و چه ضررهایی داره ...
ولی میخام بدونم که اصلا چرا باید بهنگام تغییر دارو حتما قبلش کورتون استفاده بشه ؟
مثلا من این سری قرص فینگولیمد روم جواب نداد و بستری شدم برای تزریق ریتوکسی مب (زیتاکس)
علائمم هم اذیت کننده نبود
اما چرا باید اول کورتون تزریق بشه بعد آمپول اصلی ؟

اینو زیاد خوندم که میگن کورتون التهاب رو کم می کنه

یعنی کورتون بدن رو آماده میکنه که پذیرای داروی اصلی بشه؟

ممنون میشم اگه کسی میدونه جواب بده
از یه طرفم که کورتون خودش سیستم ایمنی رو ضعیف میکنه ...

آمپول اصلی هم که باز سیستم ایمنی رو ضعیف میکنه ...

سلام دوست عزیز

من فینگولیمد و ریتوکسی مب مصرف نکردم و نمیدونم روالش چیه، ولی برای همه داروها این طور نیست که کورتون قبل از تغییر دارو لازم باشه ، مگر این که حمله ای و التهابی وجود داشته باشه و نیاز به کورتون باشه.

اتفاقا منم در شرف تغییر دارومم و نزدیک به 7 سال روی یک دارو بودم
ولی دکتر نگفتن برای تغییر دارو باید کورتن بزنی
پیشنهاد پالس تراپی بهم دادن که بخاطر ی سری علائمی که دارم بوده
نه به خاطر تغییر دارو...

من فکر میکنم تزریق کورتون به خاطر پلاک های فعالت باشه و ربطی به تغییر دارو نداره
از وضعیتت نگفتی که تو حمله هستی یا نه ولی اگر تو حمله هم نباشی ممکنه پلاک فعال داشته باشی و تزریق کورتون به خاطر غیر فعال کردن پلاک ها هست

با توجه به حرف مریم ،‌من حرفمو پس میگیرم

قبل ریتوکسی مب ی واحد کورتون میزنن که بدنت دارو را قبول کنه و حساسیت نشون نده، این جواب پرستارم به من بود ولی خب نمیدونم واقعا کورتون حساسیت را کم میکنه یا نه؟!icon_cry

اینو زیاد خوندم که میگن کورتون التهاب رو کم می کنه

یعنی کورتون بدن رو آماده میکنه که پذیرای داروی اصلی بشه؟

ممنون میشم اگه کسی میدونه جواب بده
از یه طرفم که کورتون خودش سیستم ایمنی رو ضعیف میکنه ...

آمپول اصلی هم که باز سیستم ایمنی رو ضعیف میکنه ...

کورتون رو برای infusion related reaction میدن که مشکلآتی مثل تب و گر گرفتگی و لرز و تنگی نفس و......ایجاد نشه و اینکه درسته که عوارض داره ولی مزایاش بیشتره

اینطور که فهمیدم تزریق کورتون برای ریتوکسی مب هست نه همه داروها.
در این صورت عنوان تاپیک نباید کلی باشه، باید داروی ریتوکسی مب بهش اضافه بشه.
طبق گفته مریم ، یک واحد کورتون میزنن ، نمیدونم اسم اینم پالس تراپی میشه یا نه ؟ اگه نمیشه پس این تاپیک تو انجمن پالس تراپی هم نباید باشه !icon_cry

این دارویی که قبل از ریتوکسی تزریق میکنن یه جور آنتی هیستامین قویه و دوز کمی کورتون داره. اون کورتونی که موقع پالس تزریق میشه دوزش خیلی بالاتره
