سلام به همه دوستان خوبم
امیدوارم همگی خوبه خوب باشید

امسال چندین بار تلاش کردیم سفر داشته باشیم که به دلایل متعدد در این ۸ ماه صورت نگرفت ولی خوشبختانه با همراهی همیشگی بنیاد بیماران خاص، مجدد میتونیم يه سفر فوق العاده دیگه رو، در کنار هم تجربه کنیم.

به دلیل رفاه حال همسفران و هماهنگی های لازم، این سفر با محدودیت ۴۰ نفر برگزار خواهد شد و همچنین حداقل تعداد نفرات برای برگزاری سفر ۳۰ نفر میباشد.

حضور همراه در این سفر با هماهنگی بنده یا علی میسر خواهد بود.

حضور اعضای درجه یک خانواده و دوستانی که جهت رفاه حال دوستان خویش قصد سفر دارند ، بلامانع می باشد.

با توجه به تعداد میدل باس یا اتوبوس توریستی

محل اسکان
با توجه با هماهنگی های بنیاد بیماران خاص، در یکی از هتل های بندر انزلی

وعده های غذایی
۲ وعده صبحانه، ۳ وعده ناهار برعهده تور

وسایل مورد نیاز
لوازم شخصی ، لباس گرم ، کارت شناسایی ، داروهای مورد نیاز ، دفترچه بیمه ، مقداري خوراکي و مواد غذايي ، وجه نقد

هزینه سفر
مبلغ : ۱۵۰,۰۰۰ تومان (بیش از ۵۰٪ مبلغ این سفر هزینه اسکان در هتل می باشد که بنیاد بیماران خاص، تامین این هزینه را برعهده گرفته است) * ۱۵۰.۰۰۰ تومان هزینه نهایی و با احتساب ۵۰٪ تخفیف می باشد

برنامه سفر
روز اول : حرکت حدود ساعت ۷ صبح از تهران، صرف ناهار در ساعت ۱۳، اقامت در هتل در ساعت ۱۵، بازدید از ساحل انزلی در شب
روز دوم : حرکت به سمت ماسوله در ساعت ۹ صبح ( پس از صرف صبحانه )، بازدید از روستای ماسوله و صرف ناهار ، بازگشت به هتل
روز سوم : صرف صبحانه در ساعت ۸ صبح، حرکت به سمت بازار و مراکز خرید منطقه آزاد بندر انزلی، صرف ناهار در ساعت ۱۳ . حرکت به سمت تهران

توضیحات
** صبحانه روز اول و تمامی وعده های شام، برعهده مسافر می باشد.
** زمان حرکت و بازگشت به دلیل رفاه حال دوستانی که از شهرهای دیگر به تهران میان حدالمقدور مناسب در نظر گرفته شده .
** دوستانی که در مسیر و در شهرهای بین راهی سکونت دارن برای راحتی میتونن بعد از تایید و در ساعت مشخص، در بین راه به گروه بپیوندند.
** ساعت دقیق حرکت و محل آن از طریق اس ام اس و پیغام خصوصی، چند روز قبل از سفر برای شرکت کنندگان ارسال خواهد شد
** پايان مهلت ثبت نام روز شنبه ۲۰ آبان مي باشد
** در صورت به حد نصاب نرسیدن ظرفیت، سفر لغو و کلیه واریزها عودت داده خواهد شد.


قوانین :
* حمل و استفاده از مواد و تجهیزات ممنوعه که در قانون جرم شمرده می‌شود در سفرهای ام اس سنتر اکیدا ممنوع است.
* همراه داشتن وسایل خطرناک برای سلامتی خود و دیگران در طول سفر اکیدا ممنوع می‌باشد.
* به منظور احترام به حقوق همسفران، مصرف مواد مخدر در اماکن عمومی مجاز نیست.
* گرفتن عکس دست جمعی فقط توسط سرپرستان گروه مجاز هست و بعد از سفر برای تمامی شرکت کنندگان ارسال خواهد شد.
* در سفرها، ام اس سنتر تعهدی برای در اختیار قرار دادن اتاق اختصاصی به افراد (حتی زوجین) ندارد.
* در طول سفر به صحبت های سرپرستان گروه توجه کنید و وقت شناس باشید.


شرایط کنسلی
از ۲۰ الی ۱۱ روز قبل از سفر ۱۰% هزینه کل سفر
از ۱۰ الی ۷ روز قبل از سفر ۲۰% هزینه کل سفر
از ۶ الی ۴ روز قبل از سفر ۴۰% هزینه کل سفر
از ۳ الی ۱ روز قبل از سفر ۶۰% هزینه کل سفر
از ۲۴ ساعت قبل از سفر ۸۰% هزینه کل سفر


لازم است مجددا یاداور بشم که ظرفیت سفر ۴۰ نفر هست که تعداد ثبت نام شده ها از طریق شمارشگر نظرسنجی قابل مشاهده می باشد .
