وزیر تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی از بازنگری در دستورالعمل بیماران خاص، صعب‌العلاج و سرطانی در نشست شورای عالی بیمه خبر داد.

علی ربیعی (وزیر تعاون،کار و رفاه اجتماعی) پس از پایان شصت و هفتمین نشست شورای عالی بیمه کشور که به منظور بررسی وضعیت بیمه، تعرفه های پزشکی و بیماران خاص در وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی برگزار شد، گفت: به منظور بهره مندی بهتر بیماران خاص، صعب العلاج و سرطانی به خدمات تشخیصی و درمانی مورد نیاز، دستورالعمل بسته خدمتی این بیماران بازنگری و مصوب شد.

وی با اشاره به اینکه دبیرخانه شورای عالی بیمه بسته حمایتی بیماران خاص شامل دیالیز، تالاسمی، هموفیلی، ام اس، پیوند کلیه و بیماران سرطانی که نیاز به شیمی درمانی و پرتو درمانی دارند را مصوب کرده است، گفت: بر این اساس، مصوبات بیماران دیالیزی شامل تمام هزینه های خدمات دیالیز در بخش های دولتی، عمومی و غیر دولتی به صورت 100 درصد تحت پوشش بیمه پایه قرار گرفت.

وزیر کار تاکید کرد که بیماران یاد شده هیچگونه هزینه ای پرداخت نخواهند کرد؛ همچنین هزینه های مصرفی بر عهده سازمان های بیمه گر خواهد بود.

ربیعی دررابطه با بیماران تالاسمی گفت: هزینه مرتبط با تزریق فرآورده های خونی و هزینه های ناشی از فیلترهای خونی تحت پوشش قرار گرفت.در خصوص بیماران هموفیلی فاکتورهای خونی و داروهای مرتبط با آن توسط سازمان های بیمه گر پرداخت خواهد شد و آزمایش ژنتیک برای مادرانی که یک فرزند هموفیلی دارند بدون هزینه خواهد بود.

وزیر کار و رفاه اجتماعی با اشاره به اینکه برای بیماران ام اس علاوه بر داروهای قبلی در حال حاضر داروی ریپوکسی مب تحت پوشش قرار گرفته است، گفت: بیماران پیوند کلیه به شکل کامل تحت پوشش بیمه پایه قرار می گیرند.

وزیر کار تاکید کرد: تمامی هزینه های بیماران شیمی درمانی برای تزریق در مراکز دولتی و تمامی لوازم مصرفی رایگان ارائه خواهد شد و بیماران هیچ هزینه ای برای آن پرداخت نخواهند کرد.

وی افزود: رادیوتراپی در مراکز دولتی برای بیماران سرطانی صددرصد رایگان می شود و بیمار هزینه ای پرداخت نخواهد کرد.به منظور ایجاد وحدت رویه مقرر شد کمیته ای ذیل شورای عالی بیمه به منظور پاسخ به کتاب ارزش نسبی خدمات ایجاد شود.
