درمان های طبیعی گلودرد, درمان گلودرد, سرماخوردگی
با سرد شدن هوا، بیماری هایی مانند سرماخوردگی و عفونت گلو شیوع می یابد. با داشتن این ۲ ناراحتی، تب نیز بروز می کند. برای از بین بردن این احساس ناراحتی باید دارو مصرف کنید تا مانع از بروز علایم سرماخوردگی از جمله گلودرد شوید.

بدون شک شنیده اید که نوشیدنی های ترش، گلودرد را تشدید می کند اما این گونه نیست. در این مطلب به چند نوشیدنی مفید برای رفع گلودرد اشاره شده است. این نوشیدنی های طبیعی در عرض ۳ روز گلودرد را درمان می کند به شرطی که آب، شیر یخ یا یخ به آن افزوده نشود.

آب لیمو: این نوشیدنی به صورت ولرم در رفع عفونت موثر است و گلودرد را التیام می بخشد.

زنجبیل: برای رفع خارش گلو، نصف پیمانه از این نوشیدنی را مصرف کنید. خاصیت ضدباکتری این نوشیدنی، هر نوع باکتری موجود در گلو را از بین می برد.

آب هویج: هویج سرشار از ویتامین C است که هر نوع عفونت گلو را از بین می برد.

آب زغال اخته: گفته شده اگر گلودرد در مرحله اول باشد آب زغال اخته بهترین راه درمان آن است.

آب پرتقال: ویتامین C موجود در آن برای گلودرد مفید است.

آب آلوئه ورا: برای رفع گلودرد و هر نوع عفونت، آب آلوئه ورا با کمی میخک مصرف شود.

آب گوجه فرنگی: مصرف روزی ۲ بار آب گوجه فرنگی با مقداری نمک درمان مناسبی برای گلودرد است.

آب نعناع: همانند سیر و زنجبیل، خاصیت ضدباکتری دارد که عفونت گلو را از بین می برد.

آب آناناس: آنزیم موجود در آن به نام برملین خاصیت ضدالتهابی دارد که ناراحتی گلو را کاهش می دهد.

آب کیوی: پروتئین موجود در آن، سرفه های خشک را از بین می برد.

آب موز: پتاسیم موجود در آن، درمان طبیعی گلودرد است. برای پیشگیری از سرماخوردگی و سرفه، روزانه موز بخورید.

آب هندوانه: با آبرسانی به بدن، خشکی گلو را رفع می کند و آن را التیام می بخشد.
