عارضه قطع فلووکسامین - hopeless - 2017/07/08

سلام،،میخاستم بپرسم کسی هست که بعد از قطع فلووکسامین دچار یه حالت سرگیجه وگیجی بشه(نمیتونم توصیفش کنم خیلی حالت بدیه ازار دهنده ست)و واسه درمانش چکار باید کرد؟؟؟اصن همیچین عارضه ای میده قطع این دارو؟

کسانی که مصرف کردن میتونن جواب بدن ولی دکترها همیشه میگن مصرف و قطع داروهای اعصاب باید زیر نظر پزشک باشه ، قطعش هم با کاهش تدریجی دوز دارو هست نه ناگهانی وگرنه عوارضش زیاد میشه.

سلام من نخوردم ولی از استادم که پزشک هستن پرسیدم.ایشون گفتن که این دارو برای درمان اختلال وسواسی اجباری و افسردگی براي تخفيف علائم به كار میره که در صورت نارسایی شديد كبدی یا بروز حملات عصبی و اختلالات نورولوژيك و جنون نبايد از اين دارو استفاده بشه. و اگر به صورت یک دفعه و بدون نظر پزشک مصرف دارو قطع بشه بیمار همش احساس میکنه خستست احساس گیجی و خواب آلودگی داره و سردرد و حالت تهوع از علائم شایع ترک ناگهانی اون هست. در مواردی هم باعث گزگز و سوسوزن شدن دست و پاها میشه و باعث رنگ پریدگی میشه.

سلام دوست عزیز
من این دارو را مصرف میکنم .
البته دکترم داروی دیگری تجویز کرده بودن ولی بخاطر اشتباه داروخانه فلووکسامین بهم دادن و وقتی دکترم متوجه این اشتباه شدن فرمودن نمیشه قطع شود و عوارض زیادی دارد.
احتمالا این عوارض که میفرمایید از قطع این دارو است .
همچنین تداخل دارو زیادی هم دارد icon_question
