نرخ «تعرفه‌های پرستاری در منزل» اعلام شد

سرپرست دفتر بیمه‌های سلامت وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی با اشاره به تصویب تعرفه‌های پرستاری در منزل در جلسه هفته گذشته هیئت وزیران گفت: این تعرفه‌ها به خدمات مراکز سروسامان می‌دهد.

کاظم میکاییلی در گفت‌وگو با ایسنا، با بیان اینکه تعرفه‌های پرستاری در منزل مصوب شصت و پنجمین جلسه شورای عالی بیمه است اظهار کرد: بسته تعرفه‌های پرستاری به پیشنهاد مشترک وزارت رفاه و وزارت بهداشت آماده و در صحن شورای عالی بیمه ارائه شد.

وی افزود: در همین راستا چندین جلسه کارشناسی برای تعیین اجزا برگزار و در نهایت تعرفه حدود 30 خدمت پرستاری در منزل به صورت کلی همراه با اجزای آن به تصویب رسید.

سرپرست دفتر بیمه‌های سلامت وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در ادامه نرخ مهمترین خدمات گلوبال مراقبت‌های حرفه ای پرستاری را اعلام کرد و گفت: نرخ خدمات مراقبت‌های حرفه‌ای پرستاری به ازای هر ساعت برای بیمارعادی که علائم حیاتی‌اش تحت کنترل است حدود 15 هزار تومان تعیین شده. نرخ مراقبت حرفه ای پرستاری برای بیمار عادی با محدودیت حرکتی و ناتوانی 18 هزار تومان و نرخ مراقبت حرفه‌ای پرستاری برای بیمار نیازمند مراقبت‌های ویژه قلبی ریوی 20 هزار تومان تعیین شده است و 27 خدمت دیگر نیز به همین ترتیب دارای تعرفه شده‌اند.

میکاییلی درباره سازمان بیمه گر متولی اجرای تعرفه‌های پرستاری در منزل گفت: این خدمات بیمه نشده‌اند بلکه تعرفه دار شده اند. تا کنون خدمات توسط مراکز ارائه می‌شدند اما قیمت مصوبی نداشتند و بی‌قانونی‌هایی در این حیطه صورت می گرفت که اعتراضاتی از هم از سوی پرستاران و هم از سوی مردم که ممکن بود حقوقشان تضییع شود، مطرح می‌شد.

وی درباره نحوه نظارت بر حسن اجرای تعرفه‌ها و عملکرد مراکز خدمات پرستاری عنوان کرد: تعرفه‌ها به این حوزه نظم می‌دهد و ناظر آن معاونت پرستاری وزارت بهداشت است. گویا وزارت بهداشت سامانه‌ای مرکزی برای ثبت بیماران و رصد آنها دارد تا بتواند نظارت دقیقتری اعمال کند.
