خواندن فكر ديگران

آیا مایلید به افكار كسی كه در كنار دستتان نشسته است پی ببرید ؟ اگر با افراد زیادی مواجه شده باشیم می توانیم بسیاری از افراد را حتی از نوع صحبت كردنشان بشناسیم . اما این شناخت در مواجه حضوری با دانستن بسیاری از حالات ثابت شده در علم روان شناسی بهترین فرهنگ نامه آدم شناسی را برایمان می گشاید. با شناخت بیشتر افراد، ارتباطمان جهت دار می شود و در مدت كوتاهی خواهیم توانست كه به هدف مورد نظر از این آشنایی و ملاقات نزدیك شویم . ایجاد رابطه صحیح باعث رشد عزت نفس در انسان می شود و ارتباط ما با خودمان و اطرافیان تقویت می شود. هر چه بهتر و كامل تر با خود و دیگران ارتباط برقرار كنیم ، احساس موفقیت از ایجاد یك ارتباط صحیح و دوستانه ما را زودتر به هدفهایمان می رساند و باعث تعالی افكار و رفتارمان در زندگی می شود.


1. فرد خوددار :

اگر شخصی دستهایش را پشت كمر قفل كند، نشان می دهد كه خود را به شدت كنترل كرده است . در این حالت او سعی دارد خشم یا احساس ناامیدی را از خود دور كند.


2. حالت تدافعی :

اگر انگشتان دستها به بازو گره خورده باشد نشان دهنده حالت تدافعی در برابر حمله ای غیر منتظره و ناگهانی یا بی میلی برای تغییر چهره شخص است . اگر انگشتها مشت شده باشند، حالت بی میلی شدیدتر است .


3. متفكر :

گره كردن دستها به دسته های صندلی نشان می دهد كه شخص سعی دارد احساس خود را مهار كند. اما قفل كردن قوزك پاها به یكدیگر حالت تدافعی است . این حالت بیشتر در مسافران مضطرب هواپیمای هنگام پرواز و فرود آن دیده می شود.


4. بادقت :

وقتی شخص انگشت سبابه را روی صورت و بقیه دستش را به صورت گره كرده در پایین صورتش قرار می دهد یعنی كه با دقت است . این حالت نشان می دهد كه شخص بادقت زیاد به صحبت های شما گوش می دهد و یك یك كلمات شما را می سنجد و در چهره او حالتی انتقادی به چشم می خورد.


5. بدگمان :

انگشتهای گره شده زیر چانه و نگاه خیره نشان دهنده حالت تردید و دودلی است . او به صحبت های شما و صحت گفته هایتان تردید می كند. در این حالت ممكن است آرنج روی میز قرار گرفته باشد.


6. بی گناه :

دستهایی كه روی سینه قرار گرفته باشد، بهترین نمونه برای نشان دادن و حالت بی گناهی و درستكاری است . این حالت اثر باقیمانده از شكل سوگند خوردن است كه دست را روی قلب قرار می دهند.


7. مطمئن :

این حالت دستها در مردها نشان می دهد كه به آنچه كه می گوینداعتقاد و اعتماد كامل دارند و در خانمها كمتر دیده می شود. خانمها هنگامی كه دست خود را به كمر می زنند نشان می دهند كه به آنچه می گویند اطمینان دارند.


8. مرموز :

دستهای به هم مشت شده زیر چانه نشان می دهد كه شخص نظریاتش را پنهان می كند و به شما اجازه می دهد به صحبت خود ادامه دهید، تنها هنگامی كه حرفهایتان پایان یافت به شما و نظریات شما حمله خواهد كرد.


9. ظاهر ساز :

او آرام به نظر می رسد اما این آرامش پیش از توفان است . این حالتی است كه بیشتر رؤسا به خود می گیرند تا خود را به گونه ای به زیردستان نزدیك كنند و در عین حال جاذبه آنها نیز كم نشود.


10. آماده و موفق :

قرار دادن پاها روی هر چیز ( روی صندلی ، میز ، سكو و... نشانه حالت مالكیت است ... در یك میز گرد تنها رئیس اجازه دارد چنین حالتی داشته باشد و آرامش خود را نشان دهد . )


11. بااعتماد به نفس :

تكیه زدن به صندلی در حالتی كه دستها پشت سر قفل شده نشان دهنده اعتماد به نفس قوی است . اگر شخصی در این حالت صحبت می كند به گفته های خود اعتماد دارد و اگر به صحبت های شما گوش می دهد به خود زحمت ندهید ، او خود همه ماجرا را می داند !

باید 2 تا پرینت گرفت، یکی رو خودت داشته باشی و از روش اجرا کنی ، یکی رو هم بدی به طرف تا بفهمه منظورت چیه Smile (16)
