دیدار ۴۰ ام اس سنتر. و آخرین دیدار سال ۹۵.

با توجه به درخواست مکرر چندین نفر از دوستان در سایت و در اینستاگرام سایت تصمیم گرفتیم با توجه به دیدارهای قبلی ، برخی شرایط دیدار رو به نحو دیگه ای برگزار کنیم که پایین تر میگم.

جزئیات دیدار به شرح زیر خواهد بود :

تاریخ : ۶ اسفند ۹۵
ساعت : ۱۴ الی ۱۷ (احتمال داره ساعت دیدار نیم ساعت الی ۱ ساعت جا‌به‌جا شه که اگر این اتفاق افتاد حتما اعلام میکنیم)
محل : یکی از کافی شاپ های شهر تهران در منطقه‌ی پاسداران (محل دقیق دیدار چندین روز زودتر، از طریق پیغام خصوصی به اطلاع شرکت کنندگان خواهد رسید‌.)
ظرفیت : ۴۰ ۵۰نفر، که از طریق شمارشگر نظرسنجی قابل رویت میباشد.
هزینه : ۱۵۰۰۰ تومان که میبایست از طریق درگاه آنلاین ام‌اس‌سنتر پرداخت گردد.
ظرفیت تکمیل شد


پذیرایی : چای و کیک

تغییراتمون رو یکم دقیق تر بگم :
- تا الان خیلی از دوستان گله داشتن که زمان ۲ ساعته دیدار خیلی کمه تا حدی که حتی فرصت معرفی هم وجود نداره. به همین دلیل تصمیم گرفتیم زمان این دیدار به صورت آزمایشی به ۳ ساعت افزایش پیدا کنه و خوشحالیم که ۱ ساعت بیشتر از قبل در خدمتتون هستیم.
- پذیرایی و سفارش از منو همیشه یکی از مشکلات ایجاد شده در دیدارها بود که به پیشنهاد یکی از دوستان و قیمت منو کافی شاپ و تلاش برای گرفتن تخفیف، چای و کیک تصویب شد.

لازمه از nanaz (آزاده) برای پیدا کردن کافی شاپ و از atkh (علی) برای هماهنگی ها تشکر کنیم.


طبق معمول چند مورد که همیشه باید ذکر بشه رو اعلام میکنم :

۱- حضور عزیزانی که با ویلچر همراهیمون میکنن، باعث افتخاره.
۲- حضور بستگان درجه یک مبتلایان به ام اس به شرط اطلاع قبلی بلامانع و سایر افراد پس از تایید یکی از افراد تیم مدیریتی میسر خواهد بود . ( اطلاعیه افراد شرکت کننده در دیدارها )
۳- در صورت داشتن همراه، میبایست همان مبلغ ۱۵۰۰۰ تومان، برای ایشان نیز واریز گردد.
۴- حتما به خاطر داشته باشید عکاسی در دیدارهای سایت فقط توسط فرد منتخب تیم مدیریت می باشد. لطفا از دوربین شخصی برای عکاسی استفاده نکنید .
۵ - در صورتی که موضوعی جهت بحث در دیدار مد نظر شما هست به اطلاع ما برسانید.
۶ - در پنل پرداخت، به جای نام، نام کاربری خود را وارد نمایید.


مجدد تاکید میکنم زمان ثبت نام به جای نام، نام کاربری خود رو وارد کنید، در غیر اینصورت پیگیری محل دیدار به عهده خود شماست و سایت هیچگونه مسئولیتی در این قبال ندارد.

دوست دارم بیام، خیلی وقته بچه هارو ندیدم ashamed0006.gif اما برنامم نمی دونم چه جوری باشه، سعی می کنم بیام
