خب دوستان گلم

من ميخوام امروز در مورد حركات كششي بگم
ميدونين وقتي حركت كششي رو انجام ميديم بدنمون اگه امادگي نداشته باشه خيلي درد ميگيره يا بهتره بگم
يه جورايي كوفته ميشه

ولي من خيلي تحقيق كردم كه اين درد گرفتن عضلات براي ماها خيلي خوبه
هر وقت حركات كششير رو انجام بدين تا موقعي كه بدنتون درد نگرفته ولش نكنين ok � Wink

مثال :
به پشت بخوابيد و دستها رو كنار رانها بذاريد بعد پاها رو از زمين بلند كنيد هم چنين سر و دستها و كمي كمر رو چند ثانيه نگه دارن تا بدنتون به حالت لرزش در بياد دوباره استراحت دوباره حركت كششي
اين براي رفع خستگي جوابميده ميتونين امتحان كنين .

با سلام نميشه گفت اين اولين حرك كششي هست ولي خب براي اول كار بد نيست �Smile

اول از همه به پشت دراز بكشيد دستها رو كنار رانها قرار بدهيد صاف و ريلكس بخوابيد
براي خودتون وقت تعيين كنين
بعد پاها را كمي بصورت صاف و جفت از زمين بلند كنين همچنين دستها را صاف و كمي كمر را از زمين بلند كنيد يعني روي زمين نباشد و هم چنين سر را
چند ثانيه همين طور بمانيد بعد از چند ثانيه براي شما كمي حالت رعشه و لرزش مياد كه تا اين حالت امد
حركت را متوقف و اروم بدن را رها كنين و دوباره همين حركت را انجام دهيد
شايد در اين حركت كمي شكم شما درد بگيرد ولي براي حركت اول اشكالي ندارد
ميتوانيد مثلا امروز 5 بار اين حركت را انجام دهيد و فردا 8 بار
و بتدريج بيشترش كنين

اميدوارم اين حركت رو انجام بدين �:-*

من این کار کردم مامانم میگه اصلا پاهاتو بلند نکردی ولی فشار سنگینی رو پاهام احساس می کنم
این کار رو تکرار کنم یا انجام ندم

سلام ..ممنون برای آموزش این حرکات..خیلی کمک میکنه...یه سوال: این حرکات نیازی به گرم کردن نداره؟ مثلا کسی که خیلی وقته ورزش نکرده میتونه یهو شروع به انجام این حرکات بکنه؟
