ایسنا: وقتی مردم از تنهایی حرف می‌زنند اغلب در ذهن سرما تداعی می‌شود اما تحقیق روانشناسان نشان داده که منزوی بودن و یا احساس تنهایی کردن واقعا باعث می‌شود که فرد بیشتر از سایرین احساس سرما کند.



محققان دانشگاه تورنتوی کانادا کشف کردند که اگر از دو گروه سوال شود که دمای اتاق را حدس بزنند، آن‌هایی که منزوی هستند در مقایسه با بقیه دما را پایین‌تر تخمین می‌زنند.



افراد منزوی شرکت کننده در این تحقیقی همچنین از انواع غذاهایی که به آن‌ها تعارف شده بود (سوپ، سیب، نوشابه)، سوپ را انتخاب کرده بودند.



به گفته یک روانشناس انگلیسی یافته‌های این تحقیق ممکن است به مردم منزوی، به ویژه در ماه‌های سرد سال، کمک کند.

او گفت: شاید بتوان به افرادی که احساس تنهایی و انزوا می‌کنند، کمک کرد با خوردن غذاهای گرم مثل سوپ یا قرار گرفتن در محیطی گرم، کم‌تر احساس تنهایی و انزوا کنند.

البته این بستگی به میزان سردی رسوب کرده در آدمها داره و کسانی که زیاد سردی توشون رسوب کرده، از خودشون انزوای بیشتری در میکنند!

که این هم باید با گرمی دادن بهش سردی رو بریزن بیرون تا منزوی نباشن!

تنهايي خوبه خيلي هم خوبه ولي حد و مرز داره
يه آدم هيچوقت نبايد لذت بودن در كنار ديگران رو از خودش بگيره
مگر در شرايطي كه نياز داره درو باشه از بقيه كه اگه اين شرايط هميشگي باشه بايد يه فكري به حال خودش كنه حتما
البته بعضيا هم كلا شخصيتشون تنهاست يعني هميشه تو جمع هستند ولي هميشه تنها
ناگفته نماند بايد از كسايي كه ازارت ميدن دور باشي و تنهايي رو ترجيح بدي ولي
ولي اگه حتي يه نفر هم پيدا بشه كه تو رو از تنهايي در بياره حتما استفاده كن و لذت ببر

منم با تنهایی انس گرفتم لذتی که از تنهایی می برم دیگران از جمعشون نمی برن البته این احساس منه!
سعی می کنم تنها باشم چون برام آرامش داره لذت می برم اما در جمع هم بستگی به افراد اون جمع داره اگه اون کسانی باشن که دوستشون دارم رو ترجیح میدم وگرنه تنهایی رو ترجیح میدم!
منم به شدت در مقابل گرما و سرما مقاوم هستم و هیچکدوم هیچ تاثیری برام ندارن البته به شدتی که برای دیگران داره!! به همین خاطر توی گرما و سرما راحتم، راحت می خوابم و گاهی اوقات زمستونا در حالیکه دیگران یقه اسکی و شال و کلاه دارن و باز دارن مثل بید می لرزن من با پیراهن ساده و یه کت میام بیرون، خانمم برعکس منه Smile
