سلام
میشه از دوستانی که تجربه عوض کردن دکتر دارند یا به طور پیشفرضSmile (16)تجربه دارن خواهش کنم بگن چطوری روند بیماری را برای پزشک جدید توضیح دادن؟؟؟
آیا نیازه که همه ام آر آی ها و آزمایشاتی که تاحالا انجام دادی ببری با خودت؟

آزمایش ها اگه مورد مهمی داشته باشه بهشون بگید ولی اگه همش عادی بوده یا مثل هم بوده همون دوتا آخری بسه فکر میکنم.

من تجربه اى درين زمينه ندارم ولى چيزى كه به ذهنم ميرسه اينه: اگر ام آر آى يا آزمايشى دادى كه دكترت با ديدن اون درمان جديدى رو شروع كرده يا روند قبلى رو تغيير داده، حتماً همراه خودت ببر.

خوب باید یک خلاصه ای دقیق از شروع بیماری تا الانش برای دکتر جدیدت توضیح بدی
باید بگی که تشخیص بیماریت با چه حمله ای و از چه زمانی بوده


1.بالا رفتن آنزیم کبدی یا هر چیز غیر طبیعی در جواب آزمایشاتت
2.یا داروهای اصلی مرتبط با ام اس چیا داشتی استفاده می کردی و اگه تغییر دادی چرا تغییردادی با جزئیات توضیح بده
3.داروهای جانبیت چیاست
4. دلیل گرفتن برخی از M.R.I هات چی بوده ( حمله - چک کردن )
5.اگه حمله شدیدی داشتی به دکتر جدیدت حتما بگو

من موقعی که پزشکم رو عوض کردم دچار حمله شده بودم و دیگه نمیخواستم برم پیش دکتر قبلی فقط براش توضیح دادم که الان حالم خوب نیست و پزشک قبلی این داروها رو بهم داده حتی یادم نیست آزمایش هم بردم یا نه ولی آخرین m.r.i رو برده بودم واقعا لج کرده بودم به دکتر قبلی که نمیخوام کورتون تزریقی استفاده کنم ولی دکتر جدید خیلی منطقی قانعم کرد که برو برای پالس و بعد اوایل درمان هر ماه باید میرفتم پیشش تا اینکه با روند بیماریم آشنا شد و داروم رو عوض کرد.
