تاثیر مصرف ترشی در كاهش اضطراب

محققان در ایالت ویرجینیای آمریكا تمامی غذاهای مصرفی افزون بر 700 دانشجو را برای یك ماه زیر نظر گرفتند و علاوه بر آن، میزان ورزش و تحرك روزانه و اندازه مصرف سبزی و میوه‌ در رژیم غذایی این دانشجویان را هم بررسی كردند.نتایج تحقیق نشان ‌داد كه دانشجویانی كه غذاهای تخمیری (مثل ترشیجات) بیشتری در رژیم غذایی‌شان داشتند، از اضطراب، به‌ویژه اضطراب اجتماعی كمتری رنج می‌برند.

رابطه معكوس بین مصرف ترشیجات و اضطراب به ‌ویژه در افرادی كه از روان‌رنجوری (نوعی اختلال روانی كه باعث ضعف در تصمیم‌گیری‌ می‌شود) رنج می‌بردند، بیشتر است. دكتر ماتیو هیلیمایر، یكی از محققان این آزمایش می‌گوید كه احتمالا پروبیوتیك‌های موجود در ترشیجات، محیط احشای داخلی‌ را تغییر می‌دهند، به‌طوری كه از میزان اضطراب افراد كم می‌كند.

این تحقیق كه نتایج آن در مجله علمی سایكتری ریسرچ منتشر شد، نشان می‌دهد كه میزان اضطراب افرادی كه معمولا دچار اضطراب ناشی از حضور در جمع می‌شوند،‌ با مصرف ترشیجاتی كه حاوی پروبیوتیك هستند، كم می‌شود. میزان تحقیقاتی كه تاثیر باكتری‌ها(موجود در غذاها) بر مغز و همینطور خلق و خوی افراد را ثابت می‌كنند، رو به افزایش است.

در تحقیقی كه در دانشگاه مك مستر كانادا انجام شد، محققان دریافتند كه یك پروبیوتیك خاص به نام Bifidobacterium longum در عادی كردن رفتار بیماران مبتلا به اضطراب موثر است. در این تحقیق نشان داده شد كه چطور التهاب داخلی بدن می‌تواند بر سیستم عصبی اثر بگذارد و باعث به‌وجود آمدن اضطراب در فرد شود.

در تحقیق دیگری نیز كه در كشور فرانسه انجام شد، در ضمن تایید یافته‌های محققان كانادایی و آمریكایی در زمینه تاثیر غذاها بر خلق و خوی افراد، مشخص شد كه یك پروبیوتیك دیگر به نام Lactobacillus helveticus از میزان فشارهای روانی، استرس، خشم و افسردگی كم می‌كند.

این خبر توجهم رو جلب کرد چون از وقتی با ام اس آشنا شدم دارم میشنوم طب سنتی خوردن غذاهای سرد و اسیدی و ترشی رو برای مبتلایان به ام اس و شاید هر بیماری دیگری منع میکنه و گاهی علت بروز ام اس رو علاقه به خوردن ترشیجات و سردیها میدونه!
حتا بعضی از مدعیان طب سنتی خلق و خوی این مبتلایان رو به همین دلیل تند و زودرنج و پرخاشگر دونسته بودن ! حالا میبینم که نتیجه این تحقیقات مطابق با اون ادعاها نیست ! confused2

حالا من برعکسم
از ترشی جات خوشم نمیاد
عید امسال یکی از اعضای خانواده ترشی درست کرد و آورد
خیلیش مونده و من به زوووور گاهی چند تیکه شو کنار غذام میزارم تا تموم شه
ولی این تاپیک باعث شد حداقل ته قلبم راضی باشم از ترشی خوردنه زورکیه این روزام
