به نظر من طب سوزنی در این مورد خیلی میتونه کمک کنه.اگر از اول بریم سراغ مسکن بعدا ممکنه به جایی برسیم که این داروهای مسکن مثل قبل اثر نکنه.

من همیشه پاهام درد میکنه بعضی وقتا از شدت درد توان راه رفتن ندارم و هر جایی که باشم مجبور میشم بشینم چون دیگه نمی تونم بایستم همین مشکل رو در تند راه رفتن و بالا رفتن از پله هم دارم

من وقتی خیلی راه میرم میبینم خیلی پاهام درد میگیره ولی بازم ادامه میدم حالا بگو برا چی پا درد گرفتم confused البته اون اوایلها نمیدونستم یه بار بعد از پنج ساعت راه رفتن دیدم پاهام بشدت درد میکنه ولی دراز کشیدم پامو زدم به دیوار ولی حالا کم کم افتاد دنیا چه خبره agreement2

روشی جالب برای آرام کردن درد!

آیا می دانید با چند راهکار عجیب می توانید درد بدن خود را ساکت کنید و ….

مغز افراد عاشق که به تصویر محبوب خود نگاه می‌کردند توسط اسکن‌های ام‌آرآی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت؛ در حالی‌که سطوح مختلف درد ناشی از سوزش در پوست آنها اعمال می‌شد.

محققان دریافتند که تصویر فرد مورد علاقه بیمار به کاهش میزان درد در مناطق پردازش درد مغز به میزان مشابه تاثیر پاراستامول یا مخدرها کمک می‌کند.

پژوهش انجام شده توسط دانشمندان دانشگاه استنفورد به شواهد مستقیمی در مورد پیوند احساس دلبستگی عاطفی با کاهش درد بیمار دست پیدا کرد.

مغز افراد عاشق که به تصویر محبوب خود نگاه می‌کردند توسط اسکن‌های ام‌آرآی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت؛ در حالی‌که سطوح مختلف درد ناشی از سوزش در پوست آنها اعمال می‌شد.

دانشمندان دریافتند که بطور میانگین میزان درد در این افراد بین ۳۶ تا ۴۴ درصد بوده و تنها ۱۳ درصد اظهار ناراحتی شدید کردند.

به گفته محققان بی‌دردی ناشی از احساس علاقه بیشتر با جنبه‌های ابتدایی‌تر مغز در ارتباط است که ساختارهای عمیق مغز را که ممکن است درد را در سطح ستون فقرات توقف کند، به فعالیت وا می‌دارد.

یکی از مناطق حساس برای بی‌دردی ناشی از احساس علاقه، هسته آکومبنس است. با توجه به این یافته‌ها انسان می‌تواند با درد خود کنار بیاید.

من خیلی درد دارم خیلی خیلی زیاد .سعی می کنم به روی خودم نیارم. ولی گاهی اوقات اونقدر شدیده که نمی تونم و می زنم زیر گریه این طوریsad2 اه لوس.
ولی بی خیال این نیز بگذرد wink2، البته این دردا رو به دکترم نگفتم چون وقت نداشت به حرفام خیلی گوش کنهconfused2 ، سریع رفت سر اصل مطلب و دارو تجویز کرد حالا ایشالله دفعه ی بعد که رفتم پیشش حتما می گم بلکه راهی داشته باشه. کلا هم که می دونید اصولا ما بچه های خاص خودمون یه پا دکتریم از نوع فوق تخصصشSmile (52)

اوایل درد داشتم خوب همه چیز اوایلش که عدی نشده و نا آشناس درد داره

ولی خیلی زود باهاش کنار اومد و بعد از 4 5 ماه دیگه درد نداشتم و تا به حالمندارم

البته ناگفته نماند که ورزش شنا و قدرت جذب نیروی + خیلی کمکم کرد

دردهایی مثل برق گرفتگی در دندان را زیادتجربه کردمangry2angry2angry2جدیدا این درد وتیرکشیدگی را درقفسه سینه ام احساس میکنمangry2angry2ولی این مربوط به ده روز پیشه قبل از بستری شدنم الان خداروشکر خوبمagreement2agreement2
