علائم بیماری ام-اس:
با توجه به آسیب دیدن نقاط مختلف سیستم اعصاب مرکزی علائم این بیماری در هر حمله با حمله قبل تفاوتی فاحش دارد .و با توجه به این مطلب هیچ دو بیمار ام-اس تجربهای یکسان در طول زمان بیماری را ندارند.و عملکرد بیماری در هر فرد مختص به خود او میباشد.
بررسی علائم در ام اس:
) علائم ماهیچهای:A
1-اسپاسم عضلانی:اسپاسم عضلانی هنگامی رخ میدهد که عضلات بیمار علی رغم خواست بیمار دچار تنگی شدید شود.گرفتگی عضلات میتواند فقط در قسمتی خاص از ماهیچه های بدن یا سرتاسر ماهیچه های بدن بیمار رخ دهد.اسپاسم های رایج در بیماران ام-اس به این شرح میباشد
-اسپاسم در عضلات ساق پا
-اسپاسم در پشت ران
-اسپاسم در عضلات جلوی ران(4 سر ران)
داروهای رایج برای رفع اسپاسم در بیماران ام اس به شرح زیر میباشد
1-باکلوفنBaclofen
2-تیزانیدینtizanidine
3-بنزو دیازپاین benzodiazepine
دلایل رایج علت ایجاد اسپاسم عضلانی:
اسپاسم و گرفتگی عضلانی عموماً هنگامی رخ میدهد که بیمار دچار کمبود سطح مایعات در بدن شود وهمچین علت ایجاد اسپاسم و گرفتگی ماهیچه های بدن میتواند کمبود یک سری از مواد و املاح معدنی مانند پتاسیم و روی در بدن باشد.عواملی همچون مصرف مشروبات الکلی . نارسایی کلیه . قاعدگی درزنان .و بارداری میتواند تشدید کننده اسپاسم باشد
مراقبت در خانه:
اگر دچار اسپاسم عضلانی شدهاید از فعالیتهای خود به صورت موقت دست بکشید.به ماهیچهای خود اجازه استراحت دهید و از ماساژ وانجام حرکات کششی برای کمک به تسریع رفع اسپاسم قافل نشوید.گرم کردن عضلات ماهیچ در هنگام شروع اسپاسم میتواند به کاهش درد کمک کند.اما در صورت طولانی شدن زمان گرفتگی عضلات استفاده از یه موثر میباشد.در صورت ادامه یافتن اسپاسم از داروهای ذکر شده د ر ابتدای مطلب با تجویز پزشک استفاده میشود.
بررسی سوالهایی که در هنگام ایجاد اسپاسم باید به پزشک توضیح داده شود:
1-اولین علائم اسپاسم چه موقع ایجاد شد؟
2-در چه فاصلهای زمانی اسپاسم را تجربه میکنید؟
3-مدت زمان اتفاق افتادن اسپاسم در بدن شما چقدر میباشد؟
4-آیا اسپاسم همیشه در مکانی خاص اتفاق میافتد؟
5-آیا الکل مصرف میکنید؟
6-آیا باردار هستید؟
این موارد از جمله مطالبی هستنداند که در مطب پزشک حتماً باید در هنگام رجوع برای مشکل اسپاسم بررسی شوند
