سلول‌های پوستی خوک کلید جدید درمان بیماری‌های عصبی انسان
سلول‌های پوستی خوک می‌توانند کلید ارائه درمان‌های جدید برای بیماری‌های عصبی انسانی باشند.
به گزارش سرویس علمی ایسنا، محققان مرکز علوم زیستی دانشگاه جورجیا، فرآیند چگونگی تبدیل سلول‌های بنیادی پرتوان القایی خوک به سلول‌های بنیادی عصبی القایی را شناسایی کردند.
این مطالعه بر همان فرآیندی متکی است که سلول‌های بنیادی عصبی از آن برای رشدکردن در انسان‌ها استفاده می‌کنند و شناسایی این فرآیند، امکان درک بهتر بیماری‌های عصبی ناتوان‌کننده مانند آلزایمر و پارکینسون را فراهم می‌کند.
بر اساس یافته‌های جدید، وجود نشانگرهای خاصی بر روی سلول‌های بنیادی موجب می‌شود که این سلول‌ها به سلول‌های عصبی تبدیل شوند.
تیم علمی نخست، سلول‌هایی را از پوست خوک استخراج و آن‌ها را طوری بازبرنامه‌ریزی کرد که به سلول‌های بنیادی القایی تبدیل شوند.
دانشمندان سپس با کمک فناوری خاصی که برای شناسایی هویت و ویژگی‌های سلول به کار می‌رود، این سلول‌های بنیادی القایی را طوری برنامه‌ریزی کردند که به نورون تبدیل شوند.
تیم علمی هم‌اکنون قادر به تولید میلیون‌ها نورون کشت‌شده از این طریق است و هدف نهایی محققان از این موفقیت، ارائه درمان‌هایی برای بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های عصبی انسانی و انجام تحقیقات بیشتر در این زمینه است.
جزئیات این دستاورد علمی در مجله Stem Cells and Development ارائه شده است.

یه همکار داشتم که خواهرش ms داشت ... سال 89 برای ادامه درمان وبا پیگیریهای یکی از اشناهاشون به کشور هلند رفته بود.........
اونجا دارویی استفاده میکرد که این دارو از بدن خوک تهیه میشد ... ایشون گفتند که خواهرم با استفاده از این دارو تونسته تا 80% بهبودی بدست بیاره....
این خبررو که دیدم یاد اون موضوع افتادم.......شاید این دارو اونموقع توی مراحل تست بوده و الان با پشت سرگذاشتن موفقت امیز تست بخواد وارد عرصه دارویی بشه.....
انشاله که داروی بعدی منجر به درمان قطعی بشه......ShyShy

جای نگرانی چندانی نیست! نمی خوایم که خوک رو بخوریم بهرحال وقتی پای درمان درمیون باشه سختگیری های شرعی خیلی کمتر میشهicon_biggrin
