لوازم مورد نیاز:کفش(لزومی به کفش حرفه ای کوهنوردی نمیباشد ولی کف کفش لیز نباشد و آجدار باشد)-لباس گرم-بادگیر-کلاه و دستکش-لیوان-صبحانه-خرما،شکلات،کاکائو-آب (یک لیتر)-ناهار(با توجه به زمان و سرعت گروه امکان عدم صرف ناهار در کوه میباشد)

توضیحات:
دوستانی که قصد شرکت در برنامه دارند حتما از طریق پیغام خصوصی اعلام کنند.

دوستان من تا حالا دوبار تو برنامه کوه شرکت کردم و پیشنهاد میدم به اون دسته از همدردام ک وضعیت جسمیشون خوبه حتما شرکت کنن.انقدم دوستای با محبت و مهربونی هستن اونایی ک مرتب تو این برنامه های کوه شرگت میکنن.حیف ک من زود خسته میشم و باعث دردسر بچه ها وگرنه هیچ وقت برنامه های کوه و از دست نمیدادم.

برنامه بی بی شهربانو با توجه به برنامه های سبک گذشته و اینکه بدن بچه ها افت نکنه به برنامه کلکچال تغییر پیدا کرد .
