من يه چيزي بگم.چند موضوع رو خوندم گفتن كه اين ويروس از خانواده ويروس هاي تب خال هستش.
يه چيز ديگم بگم كه زماني كه ماها كورتون مي گيريم چون سيستم دفاعي بدنمون پايين مياد نبايد واكسن آنفولانزا بزنيم چون كم كم سيستم دفاعيمون فعال ميشه و در واقع دوباره ويروس ها هم فعال ميشن.
اينم از يه جايي خوندم كه يادم نمياد.
راستي همه ي اين بيماري ها به روحيه ي خودمون بستگي داره
حتي اگه يه روز از خواب پا بشيم و بفهميم كه تا آخر زندگي مون دو بيني داريم
بايد به اين فكر كنيم كه اينم يه زندگي جديد
و همه چيز رو مثبت ميبينيمو (يعني : همه چيزو دو تا دو تا ديدن مشكل بدي نيست)
تازه مثبت انديش هم هستيم

من با دکترم درمورد تزریق واکسن انفولانزا مشورت کردم
نظرش این بود که نزنم چون بالاخره ویروسه ضعیف شده اس دیگه برا ما که حتی علت دقیق بیماریمون معلوم نیس ممکنه خوب نباشه!

اصولا ما بدلیل شرایط جسمی مان باید در هر کاری با پزشک خود مشورت کنیم
ما بدلیل این که سیستم دفاعی ضعیفی داریم باید با احتیاط و مشورت هر نوع دارو را مصرف کنیم
من هم از دکترم پرسیدم برای من تجویز نکرد ولی دخترم باید واکسن بزند

من پارسال واکسن سرما خوردگی زدم و کمتر مریض شدم .البته اول با دکترم مشورت کردم وبعد اقدام کردم
خوشبختانه امسال هنوز سرما خوردگی شدید نداشتم .فکرمیکنم حالت های خفیف سرما خوردگیم هم از تزریق دارو هاست
برای همه ارزوی سلامتی میکنم .به هیچی فکر نکنید خودش خود به خود خوب و درست میشهwink2wink2wink2
