توربوتراپی شیوه ای نوین درمان پوکی استخوان

تهران-ایرنا-مرکز روماتیسم ایران اعلام کرد:با بهره گیری از روش نوین توربوتراپی می توان به کمک امواج 'توربوسانیک' فیبرهای عضلانی را متناسب با فرکانس اعمال شده منقبض و بدون نیاز به تلاش خسته کننده قدرت عضلات را افزایش داد.

به گزارش ایرنا، دکتر یوسف مقصودیان، مسئول بخش توربوتراپی مرکز روماتیسم ایران گفت:
اکثر بیماران مبتلا به پوکی استخوان به غیر از مساله کهولت سن از بیماری های زمینه ای مثل بیماری های قلبی – عروقی، چاقی، آرتروز، بیماری های روماتیسمی یا برخی معلولیت ها رنج می برند و قادر به ورزش کردن نیستند.

لرزش های توربوسانیک به صورت لرزش های پرسرعت صوتی به شکل عمودی است که در جهت خلاف جاذبه بر استخوان ها وارد و موجب جذب کلسیم خون از استخوان ها شده و به تراکم استخوان ها می افزاید.

این تاثیر می تواند، جایگزین ورزش های مقاومتی در افراد سالمند و نیز افرادی شود که به دلیل نداشتن وقت کافی قادر به انجام تمرینات مورد نظر نیستند.

توربوتراپی همچنین در افرادی که به دلیل کم تحرکی، بیماری های مختلف مانند کم کاری تیروئید، ژنتیک، تغذیه نامناسب، اختلالات هورمونی دچار چاقی هستند و یا افرادی که به دلایل بیماری های مفصلی مثل آرتروز و کاهش قدرت عضلات قادر به فعالیت مناسب نیستند و این فرایند منجر به چاقی در آن ها شده است، می تواند به افزایش متابولیسم سلولی و افزایش مصرف کالری و کاهش وزن کمک کند.

دکتر فرهاد غریب دوست رییس مرکز روماتیسم ایران نیز در این زمینه گفت:
سازمان جهانی بهداشت، بیماری پوکی استخوان را به عنوان یکی از بیماری های خطرناک و کشنده در کنار سرطان ها، سکته های قلبی و مغزی عنوان کرده که حیات افراد را تهدید می کند.

فوق تخصص روماتولوژی افزود:پوکی استخوان به عنوان بیماری تلقی نمی شود،اما عوارض خطرناکی همچون شکستگی ها دارد که می تواند، ناشی از ضربات شدید یا خفیف و در مواردی حتی بدون ایجاد ضربه ایجاد شود. برخی از این شکستگی ها مثل شکستگی لگن می تواند، منجر به مرگ شود.

رایج ترین روش درمان پوکی استخوان، استفاده از مکمل های دارویی محتوی کلسیم و ویتامین D و هورمون درمانی است که غالبا از این درمان ها به صورت ترکیبی استفاده می شود.

به گفته وی ممکن است، برخی از بیماران به دلایل خاصی مانند مشکلات گوارشی، کلیوی قادر به استفاده از این درمان ها نباشند ، در چنین مواقعی انجام تمرینات ورزشی مقاومتی با تحمل وزنه که افزایش تراکم استخوان را به همراه دارد به بیمار توصیه می شود.

لرزش های توربوسانیک موجب تحریک پرده تغذیه کننده غضروف ( سینوویال) و تغذیه مناسب تر غضروف مفصلی شده که این امر از طریق پمپ مکرر مایع سینوویال به داخل و خارج غضروف متناسب با فرکانس توربوتراپی انجام می شود.

به گفته رییس مرکز روماتیسم ایران، یافته های پژوهشی بیانگر آن است که بهبود وضعیت غضروف مفصلی در زانوها، مفاصل ران و ستون فقرات از کمر تا گردن موجب کاهش درد پس از چند جلسه درمان با روش توربوتراپی و در کنار درمان های دارویی موجب تسریع در روند درمان می شود.

از ویژگی های مهم این روش درمانی آن است که افراد تحت درمان در پایان هر جلسه درمانی احساس خستگی نمی کنند.
