سلام به همه دوستان
بالاخره زمان ثبت نام مشهد فرا رسید .
با شرایطی که لحاظ شده و اقداماتی که عزیزان در بنیاد بیماری های خاص زحمت کشیدن و انجام دادن ، قطعا سفر خوبی در پیش رو خواهیم داشت .
فقط به دلیل اینکه باید به راه آهن اسامی رو اعلام کنیم مجبور شدیم کمی زمان ثبت نام رو کم در نظر بگیریم .

شهر مشهد

تاریخ سفر
زمان حرکت : سه شنبه شب - 27 آبان ( حرکت حدود ساعت 20 از راه آهن تهران )
زمان برگشت از مشهد : جمعه بعد از ظهر - 30 آبان ( حرکت حدود ساعت 17 از راه آهن مشهد )
زمان رسیدن به تهران : بامداد شنبه - 1 آذر

وسیله نقلیه
قطار ( درجه1 - 4 تخته )

محل اسکان
در یکی از هتل های شهر مشهد

ظرفیت
36 نفر

وعده های غذایی
3 وعده صبحانه، 3 وعده ناهار، 3 میان وعده برعهده تور
شام بر عهده مسافر

وسایل مورد نیاز
لوازم شخصی ، لباس گرم ، کارت شناسایی ( کارت ملی ) ، داروهای مورد نیاز ، دفترچه بیمه ، مقداري خوراکي و مواد غذايي ، درصورت تمایل به استفاده از استخر موجهای آبی لوازم مورد نیاز ( مایو ، حوله و ... )

هزینه سفر :
مبلغ : 150.000 تومان
*** احتمال کاهش یا افزایش قیمت در حدود 30.000 تومان وجود دارد ( احتمال بسیار کم )
*** هزینه استخر موج های آبی بر عهده مسافر میباشد.


برنامه سفر
روز اول : حدود ساعت 9 صرف صبحانه . ساعت 10 تحویل بار به هتل . استراحت در لابی یا زیارت حرم . ساعت 13 صرف ناهار . ساعت 14 تحویل اتاق و استراحت . خانم هایی که تمایل دارند در این زمان میتوانند به استخر موجهای آبی مشهد بروند. ساعت 19 حرکت به سمت طرقبه و صرف شام

روز دوم : ساعت 8 صرف صبحانه . ساعت 10 حرکت به سمت موزه نادری و بازدید از موزه . ساعت 13 صرف ناهار . ساعت 15 زیارت حرم . آقایانی که تمایل دارند در این زمان میتوانند به استخر موجهای آبی مشهد بروند. ساعت 19 حرکت به سمت مرکز خرید یا مرکز تفریحی ( با توجه به شرایط )

*** با توجه به زمان رسیدن به مشهد و رایزنی با هتل برای تحویل زودتر اتاق ها ممکن است برنامه های روز اول جا به جایی داشته باشد.

** بدلیل جلوگیری از چند دستگی گروه ، متاسفانه نمیتوانیم میزبان پدر مادرهای عزیز باشیم ولی حضور همراه هم سن و سال شما ، بعد از هماهنگی با تیم مدیریت بلامانع است.
** حضور همراه برای افرادی که مشکل حرکتی دارند الزامی است. محدودیت همراه ( پدر یا مادر ) وجود ندارد.
** تا 18 مهرماه برای ثبت نام در سفر زمان در نظر گرفته شده است.
** ساعت دقیق حرکت از طریق اس ام اس چند روز قبل از سفر برای شرکت کنندگان ارسال خواهد شد.

قوانین :
حمل و استفاده از مواد و تجهیزات ممنوعه که در قانون جرم شمرده می‌شود در سفرهای ام اس سنتر اکیدا ممنوع است.
همراه داشتن وسایل خطرناک برای سلامتی خود و دیگران در طول سفر اکیدا ممنوع می‌باشد.
به منظور احترام به حقوق همسفران، مصرف مواد مخدر در اماکن عمومی مجاز نیست.
گرفتن عکس دست جمعی فقط توسط سرپرستان گروه مجاز هست و بعد از سفر برای تمامی شرکت کنندگان ارسال خواهد شد.
در سفرها، ام اس سنتر تعهدی برای در اختیار قرار دادن اتاق اختصاصی به افراد (حتی زوجین) ندارد.
در طول سفر به صحبت های تورلیدر و سرپرستان گروه توجه کنید و وقت شناس باشید.

شرایط کنسلی
از 30 الی 50 روز قبل از سفر 5% هزینه کل سفر
از 20 الی 29 روز قبل از سفر 20% هزینه کل سفر
از 10 الی 19 روز قبل از سفر 30% هزینه کل سفر
از 3 الی 10 روز قبل از سفر 50% هزینه کل سفر
از 24 ساعت الی 2 روز قبل از سفر 70% هزینه کل سفر
قبل از 24 ساعت 80% هزینه کل سفر
+ هزینه کنسلی بلیط قطار

ویرایش شرایط کنسلی :
به دلیل اینکه تغییر نام بلیط قطار با هزینه ای حدودا مشابه با هزینه سفر ما همراه هست و در صورتی که شخصی کنسل کند، با این هزینه امکان جا به جایی وجود ندارد :
هزینه کنسلی افراد از دوشنبه 28 مهر ماه به طور 90% هزینه کل سفر محاسبه میشود.
ضمنن در صورت کنسلی از 7 روز مانده به سفر ، مبلغی استرداد نخواهد شد.

لازم است مجددا یاداور بشم که ظرفیت سفر 36 نفر هست که تعداد ثبت نام شده ها از طریق شمارشگر نظرسنجی قابل مشاهده می باشد ( شمارشگر نظرسنجی توسط مدیران تغییر میکند . احتیاجی به رای دادن شما عزیزان نیست) . همچنین مهلت ثبت نام فقط تا پایان 18 مهر می باشد

برای ثبت نام باید ابتدا با من یا مهسا از طریق پیغام خصوصی هماهنگ کنید .
اگر مشکلی وجود نداشت اقدام به واریز وجه کنید .
ثبت نام شما بعد از واریز وجه تکمیل میشه .

البته میدونم که مسافرت با ام اس سنتر یه چیز دیگست
