غذای ناسالم در معده 47 میلیون ایرانی

معاون بهداشت وزیر بهداشت ، درمان و آموزش پزشکی با بیان اینکه 47 میلیون نفر در کشور غذای نامناسب مصرف می کنند،گفت: کمبود برخی ریز مغذی ها از سال 80 تا 91 چند برابر شده است.

به گزارش خبرنگار ایرنا، دکتر «علی اکبر سیاری» در هشتاد و هشتمین اجلاس روساو معاونان دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی کشور افزود:

4 درصد افراد 15 تا 23 سال در سال 80 دچار کمبود ویتامین B بوده اند که هم اکنون این رقم به 24 درصد رسیده است و شش برابر شده است.

وی تصریح کرد: همچنین کمبود ویتامین D در زنان باردار از سال 80 تا 91، 92 درصد بیشتر شده و کمبود ویتامین D به معنای پوکی استخوان و تعویض مفصل است.
کمبود ویتامین دی در زنان باردار 5 ماهه 86 درصد و در نوجوانان 76 درصد بیشتر شده است.

سیاری تاکید کرد: همه ما باید ماهانه یک داروی ویتامین دی 50 هزار مصرف کنیم چرا که کمبود آن موجب درد زودرس مفصل شده و درمان ندارد.

وی اشاره به اینکه 47 میلیون نفر در کشور غذای مناسب استفاده نمی کنند، افزود: این به معنای آن است که افراد سبزی و میوه کمتر و چربی بیشتر مصرف می کنند.

سیاری گفت: 19میلیون در کشور تحرک کمی دارند ، پنج میلیون نفر سیگار مصرف می کنند ، 15میلیون نفر چربی خون بالا دارند.

وی تصریح کرد : 6،8 درصد کودکان زیر پنج سال کشور دچار کوتاه قدی هستند که این رقم در استان سیستان و بلوچستان به 20،7 درصد می رسد و کوتاه قدی به معنای فقر، بی عدالتی و گرسنگی است.

سیاری اضافه کرد: شهرهای گیلان و بابل نیز در کشور دارای بالاترین میزان سزارین هستند.

معاون وزیر بهداشت به برنامه اضافه شدن ید به نمک اشاره کرد و گفت: کمبود ید موجب ابتلا به گواتر و گواتر در کودکان موجب عقب ماندگی ذهنی می شود.

**طرح تحول بهداشت

سیاری ، تغییر در منابع مالی و نحوه خرید خدمت ، تغییر در چگونگی ارائه خدمات و تغییر در سازماندهی و مدیریت را سه محور و استراتژی اصلی نظام سلامت عنوان کرد.

معاون وزیر بهداشت ادامه داد: تکمیل برنامه پزشک خانواده در روستاها ، عشایر و شهرهای زیر 20 هزار نفر، تقویت خدمات بهداشتی در حاشیه شهرها و شهرهای زیر 50 هزار نفر و تکمیل برنامه پزشک خانواده در استان های مازندران و فارس را از جمله برنامه های طرح تحول بهداشت برشمرد.

سیاری با اشاره به فرسودگی خانه های بهداشت تصریح کرد: نخستین خواسته وزارت بهداشت تعمیر این بیغوله ها است و اکنون یکهزار و 995 خانه بهداشت در دست ساخت است که امیدواریم تا پایان بهمن ماه امسال به نتیجه برسند.

وی تجهیز مراکز بهداشتی شهری و روستایی و تامین خودرو را از دیگر اقدامات معاونت بهداشت عنوان کرد و گفت: هم اکنون 37هزار بهورز داریم اما بیش از پنج هزار پست ما در مراکز بهداشت خالی است همچنین بیش از هشت هزار پزشک داریم اما سه هزار و 750 پزشک کمبود داریم.

وی ادامه داد: وزارت بهداشت دارای 420 مرکز بهداشت شهرستان ، دو هزار و 423مرکز بهداشت و درمانی روستا ، 17هزار و 338 خانه بهداشت و 386واحد تسهیلات زایمانی است.

سیاری گفت: بسته های خدمت به تدریج در طرح تحول بهداشت ادغام می شود که یکی از آنها مربوط به بیماری های مزمن است؛ هم اکنون 19میلیون نفر در کشور دارای فشار خون هستند که 50 درصد آنها از بیماری خود بی خبرند.

وی خاطر نشان کرد: 83 هزار مرگ در سال در ارتباط با فشار خون است.

سیاری یادآور شد : واکسن پنتاوالان که شامل پنج واکسن از جمله واکسن های سه گانه، هپاتیت و هموفیلوس آنفلوآنزا است تا مهر ماه سال جاری به برنامه واکسیناسیون اضافه می شود و امیدواریم تا آخر سال نیز واکسن پنوموکوک( ذات الریه ) وارد این برنامه شود.

وی افزود: 10بسته خدمت بهداشتی نیز بازنگری شده و آماده ادغام در طرح نظام بهداشت است.

وی با رتبه بندی 10عامل خطر سلامت در کشور از جمله غذای ناسالم ، تحرک کم ، دیابت ، مخاطرات شغلی و مواد مخدر گفت: هفت میلیون نفر در کشور دیابت دارند.

معاون وزیر بهداشت در ادامه از طراحی کارت سلامت ایرانیان خبر داد و گفت: در این کارت خطرات سلامت مردم مانند دیابت و فشار خون مشخص می شود.

سیاری یادآور شد: تدوین دستورالعمل انتصاب مدیران، راه اندازی واحدهای جدید بهداشتی، رفع نگرانی وزیر بهداشت از سبک زندگی و اضافه شدن خدمات کارشناس تغذیه و تحرک فیزیکی ، کارشنان روان و مددکار اجتماعی به سیستم بهداشت را از دیگر اقدامات معاوت بهداشت عنوان کرد.
