به گزارش خبرگزاری خبرآنلاین، بیش از 4 هزار نفر از ‏چهره‌های سرشناس و برجسته حوزه سلامت در کشور از جمله متخصصان بیماری‌های ریه و ‏سرطان، متخصصان اپیدمیولوژی، مسئولان سابق ارشد حوزه سلامت و اعضای کمیسیون بهداشت و درمان مجلس شورای ‏اسلامی، اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کشور طی نامه ای خطاب به ریاست محترم جمهوری اسلامی ایران ضمن ابراز ‏نگرانی از مصرف بی رویه قلیان در کشور و سونامی سرطان ناشی از آن در خواست کردند تا بر اساس قوانین موجود ‏جلوی گسترش روز افزون این پدیده خانمان سوز گرفته شود.

متن این نامه پزشکان به رئیس جمهور:

احتراما چنانچه استحضار دارید سرعت رشد ابتلا به سرطان در کشور به شکل قابل توجهی افزایش یافته است و کشور ما ‏بالاترین ‏روند رشد ابتلا به سرطان را در ‏دنیا داراست، 30 تا 35 درصد علت سرطان ها به عوامل خطری باز می گردد که ‏علت اصلی آن ‏دخانیات است و 30 درصد مرگ های ناشی از سرطان مستقیما با ‏دخانیات در ارتباط است. هر چند مبارزه ‏با دخانیات به یک ‏خواست جهانی بدل گشته و حتی قانون جامع کنترل و مبارزه ملی با دخانیات در کشور تصویب و ‏ابلاغ ‏شده است، اما متاسفانه ‏گام های عملی و متقنی که توانسته باشد مانعی بر توسعه مصرف سیگار و قلیان درکشور ‏بویژه در بین جوانان باشد، هنوز مورد ‏انتظار خیر ‏خواهان عرصه سلامت کشور است. قلیان تفریحی است که هر روز ‏فاصله جوانان را با مرگ و نیستی کمتر می کند و ‏آنان را به ورطه فلاکت می کشاند.

بر اساس ‏گزارش سازمان جهانی ‏بهداشت، سالانه پنج میلیون نفر به دلیل مصرف قلیان می ‌میرند و آخرین آمار منتشر شده از سوی وزارت بهداشت نیز ‏گویای آن است که ‏‏15 درصد جوانان 13 تا 15 سال در کشور مصرف ‏کننده قلیان هستند و سالانه در مجموع 35 هزار ‏تن تنباکو در کشور دود می شود.

... می توان گفت قلیان دروازه ورود ‏نوجوانان به مصرف سایر مواد دخانی ‏است و ‏شیوع مصرف قلیان در بین حدود 37 درصد از نوجوانان و جوانان کشور، خطری ‏جدی برای سلامت این نسل ‏است.‏

هر چند مصرف سیگار ساده تر و شیوع آن بیشتر از قلیان است اما میزان منوکسید کربن وارد شده به بدن انسان در اثر ‏استعمال ‏قلیان شش برابر سیگار و میزان ‏عامل سرطانی قلیان46 برابر بیشتر از سیگار است.

میزان دیگر عوامل سرطانی ‏مانند "آرسنیک" در قلیان چهار برابر سیگار و "سرب" در قلیان 202 برابر ‏سیگار است و تجارت انواع تنباکوها با ‏رنگ و بوی مختلف از ‏اسانس های گوناگون از یک طرف و فروش و نمایش انواع قلیان های داخلی و خارجی از کیفی ‏تا ‏جیبی از طرف دیگر سبب شده است که آثار زیانبار این عامل دخانی دوصد چندان گردد.

بیماریهای عفونی واگیردار ‏‏(در اثر استفاده مشترک از شیلنگ ‏قلیان) ‏و افزودن الکل یا داروهای روانگردان به تنبا کوی قلیان، افزایش شدید نیکوتین ‏پلاسما و ضربان قلب و خطر ابتلا به سرطان ‏دهان، مثانه و ابتلا به آسم، حساسیت ‏آلرژیک و سل ریوی از دیگر ره ‏آوردهای این تحفه استعماری است.‏

... وضعیت اسف بار استعمال قلیان در محافل خصوصی، قهوه خانه ها،رستوران ها معضلی است که رفع آن عزمی ملی و ‏حرکتی ‏جهادی را می طلبد و نیاز است تا ‏جنابعالی به عنوان رئیس جمهور شخصا میدان داری این حرکت جهادی را بر ‏عهده بگیرید و با ‏ایجاد جنبش ملی مبارزه با قلیان زمینه را برای پیشگیری از ‏نابودی نسل جوان این کشور فراهم نموده تا ‏شرمنده نسل آینده ‏نشویم.‏

اینجانبان،استادان، اعضاء هیئت علمی دانشگاه ها و پژوهشگاه های علوم پزشکی و متخصصین آمار ، پیشگیری و درمان ‏سرطان ‏ضمن ابراز نگرانی از گسترش ‏مصرف قلیان در کشور، خواستار و پیگیر اجرای کامل قانون جامع کنترل و مبارزه ‏ملی با دخانیات ‏مصوب سال 1385 و آئین نامه اجرائی آن مصوب سال 1386 ‏بوده که در آن ممنوعیت عرضه قلیان در ‏اماکن عمومی از جمله ‏قهوه خانه ها با صراحت مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است و اجرای قانون و آئین نامه اجرائی آن را ‏ضامن ‏حفظ سلامت آحاد جامعه ‏بویژه جوانان و آینده سازان این کشور می دانیم.

دلم میخواد این تاپیک همیشه بالا باشه بلکه اونایی که به چشم سرگرمی سالم بهش نگاه میکنن با عوارضش آشنا تر بشن
متاسفانه اونایی که ازشون انتظار نمیره بیشتر قلیون و سیگار میکشن

خدا بهمون رحم کنه .کاش یه جوری این جوون ها میفهمیدن که واسه خوشحال بودن نه نیازی به دخانیات هست و نه نیازی به مشروبات الکلی کافیه فقط یه کم به خدا توکل کنن
