خبرگزاری تسنیم: وزیر بهداشت ضمن درخواست برای جلوگیری از افزایش هزینه دارویی بیماران خاص، نسبت به اصلاح و کاهش فرانشیز تعدای از داروهای بیماران خاص برند وارداتی تاکید کرد و در نهایت خواستار جایگزینی تدریجی داروهای وارداتی با داروهای تولید داخل شد.

به گزارش حوزه سلامت خبرگزاری تسنیم، در پی تفاهم نامه اخیر وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی با وزارت تعاون کار و رفاه اجتماعی که با هدف حمایت از داروهای تولید داخل امضاء شده بود برخی از داروهای بیماران صعب العلاج و خاص طی روزهای اخیر افزایش یافته بود که ابلاغیه وزیر بهداشت به رئیس سازمان غذا و دارو به منظور کاهش قیمت این داروها و رفع دغدغه بیماران خاص و صعب العلاج از هزینه‌های دارویی صادر شده است.
به گزارش وزارت بهداشت، متن این ابلاغیه به شرح زیر است:

با سلام و احترام؛
پیرو اجرایی شدن تفاهم­نامه اخیر این وزارت با وزارت محترم کار، تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی در زمینه کاهش هزینه­‌های دارویی بیماران خاص و صعب ­العلاج، علیرغم اینکه فرانشیز پرداختی بیماران بابت بسیاری از داروهای مشمول تفاهم­نامه کاهش یافته است، ولی در روزهای اخیر افزایش فرانشیز پرداختی برخی از داروهای دارای مشابه تولید داخل و ژنریک موجب بروز نارضایتی بیماران خاص و صعب­العلاج شده است.
با توجه به هم­زمانی این موضوع با برنامه تحول نظام سلامت که با هدف کاهش هزینه ­های درمانی و دارویی بیماران شروع شده و موجب آرامش و رضایت کم نظیر مردم شده است، هرگونه افزایش هزینه دارویی بیماران صعب­ العلاج و خاص در شرایط فعلی به مصلحت نیست. از این رو مقتضی است به منظور آماده­ سازی زمینه­‌های اجتماعی و اجرایی مربوط به حمایت از داروهای خاص تولید داخل، که با مشورت همه دست­ اندرکاران و ذی نفعان صورت خواهد گرفت، نسبت به اصلاح و کاهش فرانشیز آن دسته داروهای برند وارداتی مشمول تفاهم­نامه که قیمت آنها نسبت به قبل افزایش داشته است اقدام لازم به عمل آید.
بدیهی است برنامه دائمی و بلند مدت این وزارت برای حمایت از داروهای تولید داخل که در چارچوب سیاست اقتصاد مقاومتی و همچنین، سیاست کلی سلامت ابلاغی رهبر معظم انقلاب تعریف شده است با جدیت پیگیری خواهد شد. در این راستا لازم است ظرف حداکثر 6 ماه برنامه­ ریزی و اطلاع­ رسانی لازم برای جایگزینی تدریجی داروهای وارداتی با داروهای تولید داخل به عمل آید.

خب یکی بیاد بگه تکلیف بعضی از ما چیه که نمیتونیم داروی ایرانی مصرف کنیم ؟؟
محکومیم به اینکه همیشه هزینه های زیادی رو بپردازیم و این هزینه ها هم روز به روز داره بیشتر میشهangry3angry3

حسام جان ممنون از مطلبت اینا انقدر نامردن که به مسعولهای اداراتشون نمیگن با کار کنان بیمارتون کمی مراعات کنید و بهشون استرس وارد نکنید من خودم که روز22/3امتحان ریاضی داشتم در دانشگاه1ساعت مرخصی ندادن که برم امتحانمو بدم حالا اینا به فکر ما هستن یا جیب خودشونsadsadsadHuh

حالا آمپولا که هر دفعه گرون میشه هیچ داروی خوراکیاهم هر دفعه گرون میشه آرزو به دل موندم ی دفعه ارزون تر از ماه قبل بشه
