سلام دوستانicon_question
بچه ها من وقتی که دارم تایپ میکنم یه دفعه وسطش انگشتم میپرهconfused
یه جورایی یهو به سمت یه کلید پرت میشهicon_cry
کسی این وضعیتو تجربه کرده؟icon_cryعلتش و اینکه چیکار باید کردicon_cry

خب برا هر کسی ممکنه پیش بیاد
مثل همون پرش پا هست فکر کنم
که احتمالا استرس و اضطراب هم بی تاثیر نیست
من که تایپم زیاده خیلی کم پیش میاد اونم بخاطر خستگی انگشتامه

فرقی نمیکنه این بیماری مفاصل رو درگیر میکنه.مفاصل انگشتان هم از این حیث بی نصیب نیستند.من بارها وبارها این پرش رو درانگشتان پا ودستم وهمچنین قوزک پاهام داشتم

تایپ کردن خوب هست.منتها با خودکار و کاغذ نوشتن یک چیز دیگه ایی هست.من از بس که با خودکار و کاغذ نوشتن چیز دیگه ایی هست.من از بس با خودکار و کاغذ ننوشتم دستم کند شده و خطم هم بد.اگه مدت زمان طولانی بنویسم دستم از اختیارم خارج میشه و دیگه نمی تونم بنویسم.الان یادم اومد که در دوره گذر یعنی پرده آخر تئاتر سلامتی و ام اس هم همین طوری بودم منها اون موقع نه خودم می دونستم مریضم نه دکترها.badtaste

من که برام پیش بیاد به انگشتای دستم حرکت میدم
دستامو میبرم روبرو و انگشتامو باز و بسته میکنم خیلی تاثیر گذاره
از طرفی اگه روش حساس شی و دقیق شی بیشتر برات اتفاق میوفته
رهاش کن و بیخیالش شو ببین چی میشه چون این علایم گذرا هست
