همانند بسیاری از علائم MS، حس یک مشکل برای هر فرد متفاوت است. این درد را ممکن است در زیر قفسه سینه و یا در هر جایی بین گردن و پایین سینه خود احساس کنید،. این احساس درد می تواند کسل کننده یا دردناک، تیز، یا سوزشی باشد. این می تواند از چند ثانیه تا چند ساعت به طول انجامد، و در موارد نادر، چند روز.
برخی از افراد احساس سوزن سوزن شدن اندک یا لرزش خفیف می کنند، در حالی که دیگران ممکن است فشار زیاد زیر قفسه سینه را حس کرده که تنفس را سنگین می کند. اما اغلب، این درد را به پوشیدن کمربند اطراف بدن خود را در توصیف می کنند. به همین دلیل، این نشانه با نام مستعار "کمربند MS" و یا "آغوس ام اس" در میان بیماران رایج شده است.

اما واقعیت این است که در بین هر یک از دنده ها عضلات کوچکی وجود دارد که قفسه سینه شما را به هم متصل نگه می دارد. (احتمالا دنده کباب یا شییشلیک خورده ایدBlush) این عضلات به حرکات قفسه سینه در هنگامی که در حال حرکت، خم شدن، و یا تنفس می باشید؛ کمک می کنند. اگر این عضلات دچار یک اسپاسم یا گرفتگی کنترل نشده، شوند. نتیجه دردناک است، آه... فشارم نده.

چه باید کرد؟


اگر شما تا بحال تجربه ی چنین مشکلی را داشته اید و فکر میکنید که آغوش ام اس شما را در بر گرفته، با صحبت با دکتر یا والدین خود آن ها را در جریان بگذارید. از آنجا که این علائم شباهت خوبی با برخی از حملات قلبی دارند، دکتر شما ممکن است برای رد هر گونه علل دیگر این فشار برای زیاد شما یک MRI یا آزمایش دیگیری برای رد کردن چیزهای دیگر مانند کیسه صفرا یا بیماری های ریوی تجویز کند. آغوش MS همچنین می تواند در افراد مبتلا به بیماری دنده و ستون فقرات رخ می دهد.

دارو و درمان


اگر احساس استرس، پرکاری و مشغولیت زیاد دارید، و یا به شدت خسته می شوید، شما بیشتر احتمال دارد به آغوش MS گرفتار شوید.

موارد زیر برای جلوگیری از بروز این موضوع مفید است:
  • کمپرس گرم (نکته: گرما می تواند برای بعضی درد بیشتری به همراه داشته باشد.)
  • نوشیدن مقدار قابل توجهی آب
  • رژیم غذای سالم
  • ماساژ
  • استراحت و دست کم ۸ ساعت خواب شبانه

یادش بخیر... این از اولین علامتهاش بود، تو اینترنت که دنبالش گشتم به این رسیدم: "MS Hug"... همین بود که باعث شد قبل از اینکه دکتر چیزی بگه بفهمم ماجرا چیه...، اونقدر فشارم میداد که موقع حرف زدن نفس کم میووردم... بعد از کورتن اولین علامتی بود که رفت...

مطب جالبی بود. ذوق کردم دیدم به این مساله و حس اشاره شده
حالا جالبه من میشم همون نوع نادر البته فکر کنم خیلی نادر
الان دیگه یکسالو نیمه که این حس شبانه روز و مداوم بامنه. حس اینکه انگاری یه شال یا کمربند محکم اطراف شکم و کمر و زیر سینه برام هست و متاسفانه به هیچ وجه رفع نشده
پس ام اس حسابی منو دوس داره که یکسالونیمه منو توی آغوش خودش محکم نگه داشته wink2
گفتن علتش پلاکای محدوده ی نخاع به سمت کمر و گردنمه. دومین حمله م بود این حالت و تاکنون رفع نشده
تا حالا هیشکی این نوع دردمو درک نکرده و وقتی ازش صحبت می کنم و میگم انگاری یه شال محکم دور کمرم بسته س کسی آنچنان اهمیت نمیده و میگه خودش خوب میشه
پس کو؟ خوب نشدم تا الان. تازه یه پامم همین مدله. سنگین و بی حسه هنوز
شاید اگه کورتون بهم میدادن رفع میشد ولی آخه به کی بگم که باور کنه یکسالونیمه ام اس دارم ربیف هم میزنم اونوقت تا الان حتی یه بارم کورتون نزدم؟. حالا چرا؟ میگن چون مشکلات عفونتای داخلی داری اگه کورتون بگیری اونا تشدید و بدتر میشن. پس تحمل کنی بهتره confused2

من هم خیلی این دردو
تجربه کردم ولی بیشتر به شکل درد قفس سینه بعد از کورتون همیشه داشتم به حدی که تنهایی نمی تونستم از جام پاشم حتما یکی بایث دستمو میگرفت می کشید بلندم می کرد کلا کیسه آب جوش یار باوفای منه
