سلام
گرما یه موضوع مهم برای این بیماریه ما کم کم داریم میریم تو تابستون و هوا گرمش...براش چه چاره ای دارین؟؟چجوری حلش میکنید؟؟
من دیدم نامزدم وقتی تو جاهای گرم و مرطوب میاد یهو بدنش شل میشه انگار ضعف میکنه و باز یه باد بهش بخوره خوب میشه حالا برا فصل گرما چی کلا بیرون نباید بیاد یعنی؟؟؟اینجوری که سخته واسه همه اصلا نمیشه

واقعن خیلی مهمه
حالا بگیم از لباس های نخی و خنک استفاده کنیم که همه چی حل نمیشه
مخصوصن که یسریا مجبورن با چادر باشن و جایی باشن که اصلا بهش کولر نخوره

بابا يكي راه حل بگه من نامزدم چادريم هستش تازه يعني ديگه بايد قيد درسو دانشگاهو بزنه؟؟؟نميشه كه
ميگن مصرف خاكشير و زعفرون ونبات خنكي به آدم ميده حالا اين خنكي مثل همون سردي طبع مواد غذايي هستش اگه باشه كه خيلي مضره براي ام اس ها

چتر موثر نيس وقتي اصل هوا گرمه و دم داره من مخالفم چتر زياد موثر نيستش
هر كسي بگه سالاي پيش تدبيرش چي بوده واسه گرماي تابستون و متوسط دماي شهرشون چند بوده؟؟؟
من خودم به شخصه پيشنهاد دارم اگه كسي مشكل كار اداري نداره بزنه بره ييلاق و صفا...
آقا ما خودمون يه باغ داريم ماه رمضون ميرفتيم،تو شهر پس ميوفتاديم از گرما اونجا يخ ميكرديم در حدي كه موقع غروب همه دور آتيش بوديم كه سرما نخوريم

مهدی جان فکر کنم این موضوع که گرما رو ام اس تاثیر منفی داره خیلی روت اثر گذاشته
خوبه که مراعات کنیم و مثلا در دمای خیلی بالا بیرون نریم و لباس نخی که بچه ها گفتن بپوشیم
اگه بازم خیلی حساس هستید میتونید از جلیقه های خنک کننده که مطلبش تو سایت هست استفاده کنید .

من که فقط پارسال تابستون با ام اس بودم ولی بازم خیلی اذیت شدم بعدم مگه میشه بیرون نرفت؟sad

من سرما بیشتر از گرما اذیتم می کنه
