FDA تقلیل تزریق کوپاکسون را به سه باردر هفته (بجای تزریق روزانه) تایید کرد

صنایع آموزشی داروسازی TEVA تایید اداره غذا و داروی ایالات متحده آمریکا را برای فروش نسخه طولانی اثر کوپاکسون ( گلاتیرامر استات ) برای درمان اشکال عود-فروکش کننده مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (ام.اس) دریافت کرد.

فرمول جدید کوپاکسون رژیم پایین دوز، سه بار در هفته را(40mg/mL ) برای بیماران فراهم می کند. تصویب نتایج حاصل از فاز III گلاتیرامر استات با فرکانس پایین ( GALA ) مطالعه شد، که شامل بیش از 1400 بیمار MS با نوع عود-فروکش کننده بود.نتیجه حاصل نشان داد دوز40mg/mL از کوپاکسون به طور قابل توجهی میزان عود را کاهش می دهد. در دوازده ماه تزریق زیر جلدی کوپاکسون 40mg/mL به مدت سه بار در هفته ایمنی و تحمل پذیری مطلوبی نشان داده شد.

TEVA نوید داد که دوز 40mg/mL جدید کوپاکسون به زودی جهت استفاده بیماران در دسترس خواهد بود.. دوز 20mg/mL فعلی کوپاکسون نیز برای استفاده روزانه ، فعلا در دسترس خواهد بود ، اگر چه گزینه های عمومی در ماه های آینده پیش بینی خواهد شد .

راستش دکتر من هم اینبار تاکید کرده که گلاتیرامر یا همون کوپاکسون برنم خیلی سختم بود که هر روز باشه اما اگه اینجور باشه بهتره و قابل تحملRolleyes

البته این خبر برای کوپاکسان هستش و ما ها داریم کوپامر و اسویمر میزنیم.حالا کی این شرکتهای ایرانی بخوان طبق اون الگو بسته بندی کنن خدا میدونه

و یه چیزی که من رو نگران کرد اینکه نوع ام اس من عود-فروکش کننده نیست و چون داروی اصلی نوع من برام عارضه داد و نتونستم بیش از 1بار استفاده کنم یه فلوشیپ کمتر از یک ساله برام کوپامر نوشته که دارم یه کوچولو تاثیرش رو میبینم.نمیدونم اگه این تغییر در روزهای تزریق و میزان مواد اون بوجود بیاد، باز هم میشه ادامش بدم یا نه.مسلما همون فلوشیپ میتونه راهنماییم کنه
نمیدونم.احتمالا بیخودی نگرانش هستم

پاییزان جان کوپامر و اسویمر نسخه ایرانی همان کوپاکسون یا گلاتیرامر استات می باشد.
اما نگرانی واسه چی عزیزم؟ وقتی دارو بهت ساخته پس در کنترل آن موثر بوده و همین مهم است. و این تاییدیه جدید هم در ارتباط با دوز دارو و تقلیل آن به سه روز در هفته(40mgدرهربار) بجای تزریق روزانه ی (20mg در هر بار) است. این از مشکلات تزریق روزانه کاسته و از نظر تحمل پذیری از سوی بیماران مطلوب است. امید که در نسخه ایرانی هم قابلیت عمل داشته باشد.

این خیلی خوبه به جای تزریق روزانه سه بار در هفته باشه
من خودم زمانی که اسویمر یا کوپامرو روزانه میزدم یه خورده اذیت میشدم
ولی اینجوری خیلی بهتره ..
