" دو یک" یک بیماری عصبی است که گفته می شود شیوع آن روز به روز در حال گسترش است.

به گزارش خبرنگار بهداشت و درمان باشگاه خبرنگاران؛ بعضی ها اصلا اسم این بیماری ار نشنیده اند اما دو یک و ام اس هر دو جزو بیماری هایی هستند که در آن سیستم ایمنی بدن به خودش حمله می کند.

این بیماری وقتی پیش می آید که سیستم ایمنی خود بدن را مورد حمله قرار دهد، هدف دو یک اعصاب نخاعی و عصب بینایی است به این صورت که فرد بیمار ممکن است به صورت ناگهانی فلج شود یا بینایی اش را از دست بدهد.

ژنتیک تاثیر گذار روی هر دوی این بیماری است و شاید بتوان گفت این دو بیماری وجه مشترک زیادی با هم دارند.

اگر فرد 40 سال به بالا داشته باشد و بدون سابقه قبلی ناگهان دچار درد شدید در ناحیه کمر شود که این درد می تواند از ناحیه گردن شروع و کمر شروع شود و به شکم هم سرایت کند.

اگر فرد ناگهان احساس بی حسی در پاها یا از ناحیه کمر داشته باشد و به زدن سوزن به پوست واکنش نشان ندهد حتما باید به پزشک مراجعه کند.

در افرادی که استرس یا اضطراب زیاد است تنظیمات ایمنی بدن به هم می ریزد و احتمال ابتلا به این بیماری بیشتر می شود./ح
