قرص دپاکین ( Depakine ) - simin - 2014/01/07

میخواستم ببینم این قرص برای چه مواردی براتون تجویز شده؟؟؟
اثرش چطور بوده؟؟؟؟
کوتاه مدت استفاده کردید یا جز سبد داروها میشه کم کمsad2

جزء مشتقات اسید کربوکسیلیک بوده واز نظر درمانی ضد تشنج است .
در تشنج های ساده ودر کمپلکس پتی مال با دوز 15 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بیماردر 2یا3 قسمت روزانه تجویز میشود وبا فاصله 1 هفته میتوان دوز انرا افزایش داد.
شروع اثرقرص خوراکی ان 2تا 4 روز بعد است ومدت اثر ان در بدن 24 ساعت میباشد.
در موارد حساسیت وبیماری کبدی نباید مصرف شود.
درکودکان با بیماریهای متابولیک همراه عقب افتادگی ذهنی بخصوص در زیر 2ساله ها و در کسانی که داروهای ضد انعقاد مصرف میکنند میبایست احتیاط نمایندچراکه باعث تشدید خطر خونریزی میشود.
مصرف این دارو همراه با ضد افسردگی ها باعث کاهش اثرات درمانی ان میشود.
عوارض:ارامش بیش از حد،افسردگی،اختلالات رفتاری،ضعف عضلانی،سردرد ،توهمات افزایش ترشح بزاق،دو بینی تهوع،استفراغ،سوءهاضمه،اسهال، یبوست ، افزایش اشتها، پانکراتیت افزایش سطح انزیمهای کبدی ، در صورت ایجاد واکنش افزایش حساسیت،اختلال عملکرد کبدویا اختلالات انعقادیمصرف دارو باید قطع گردد.
مصرف دارو باعث خواب الودگی میگرددبنابراین تا مشخص شدن اثرات دارو باید از رانندگی وامور نیازمند هوشیاری پرهیز گردد.
درصورت بروز تهوع.استفراغ.زردی رنگ چشم وپوست.تب. زخم گلو.خونریزی یا خون مردگی ویا بارداری میبایست پزشک مطلع گردد.
این دارو با غلظت کم در شیر مادر ترشح میشود بنابراین تغذیه با شیر مادر در حین مصرف این دارو توصیه نمیشود.
دپاکین یا والپروات سدیم اولین بار به عنوان یک داروی ضد تشنج معرفی شد ولی بعد ها دیده شد که این دارو در برخی دیگر از بیماری های روانپزشکی و اعصاب (از جمله میگرن) نیز کاربرد دارد.والپروات از ایجاد سردرد جلوگیری میکند ولی بر روی سردرد ایجاد شده تاثیری ندارد.از عوارض والپروات میشه به ریزش مو افزایش وزن حساسیت و...اشاره کرد که البته نادرند و نباید نگران این عوارض باشید ولی باید از آنها مطلع باشید. این دارو اعتیاد آور نیست.دارو را مطابق دستور پزشک خود مصرف کنید و اگر روزی بنا به تشخیص پزشک خود دیگر نیاز به مصرف آن نبود و باید دارو را قطع کنید بدانید که قطع والپروات باعث تشنج نمی شود.

یعنی برام تا حالا تجویز نشده
همینجوری وزنم زیاده.... این دارو اضافه وزن هم میاره....
شاید نیاز ندیدن که برام تجویز کنن...
به نظرم اگه برات تجویز کرده یه دوره بخور ببین چی میشه

من پلاک مرتعش توگردن دارم بخاطرهمین لرزش بدن دارم دکتراین قرص روبرام داده قرص برای افرادمبتلا به صرع هست ..
گفته تا6ماه بایداستفاده کنی تالرزشت ازبین برهconfused2

دوستان یه سوال ، دکتر برای کنترل اضطرابم دپاکین تجویز کرده، آیا کسی تا حالا این قرص رو برای این مورد مصرف کرده ؟
اخه به نظرم این قرص برای صرع استفاده میشه نه اضطراب!!!

آنا جان من خودم مصرف نکردم ولی بین اطرافیانم کسی را میشناسم که برای اضطراب مصرف کرده و نتیجه هم گرفت
